I’m excited to share that we are launching a new service.

We have successfully transformed both the physical warehouse and our systems at one of our facilities to establish a public customs warehouse specifically for the storage of vintage wine and spirits.

Following an audit by HMRC several months ago, we obtained approval for the Application for Customs Warehousing Authorisation, along with the corresponding warehouse ID.

We have been running a document storage and scanning business for the last 30 years and this is a further service we are offering. The warehouse has been insulated to 120mm, it is already racked and barcoded, and we have re-developed our database for the storage and tracking of wine and spirits.

 This first phase will hold around 11000 12 bottle cases, (I have a total capacity of around 85,000 cases) the site and all the equipment is owned by myself so I am sure we can offer very competitive rates for storage and delivery.

We have vans in London and the home counties most days and offer a next-day delivery service guaranteed.

Temperature will be controlled to 10-14°C and 50 – 70 Rh. Temperature and humidity will be recorded at all times, and the same level of security at our archives will be on hand, alarmed, CCTV no public access etc. All of my staff have DBS checks.
