New Presses fron Maeder

The latest presses in the Maeder range are L Presses and XL Presses

L presses are used whenever tall or long components are either machined or pressed together and require a taller space. (high daylight) L-presses are available in the following models : L manual toggle press L rack and pinion press L direct acting pneumatic press.

As with all Mäder presses they are manufactured to a sturdy design with easy to use height adjustments and optional extras for high precision and high quality production.

XL presses with 250mm or 300mm of throat are used whenever bulky and oversized components need to be processed.

XL presses are available in the following models : XL manual toggle press XL pneumatic toggle press XL direct acting pneumatic press XL hydro pneumatic press

The XL range also has additional quality features of hardened ground ram, long high precision ram guide, simple height adjustment of the press head and interchangeable tables. Whatever the application Mäder has a press for the job…..
