Furnitubes Innovative Seats & Tables supplied to Manchester School Refurbishment Scheme

Furnitubes Blyth Benches and new Pensby tables were recently installed as part of St Peter’s Roman Catholic High School’s, £3.1m refurbishment scheme.

The School in Longsight, Manchester, chose the Blyth and Pensby to provide a unique outdoor area for its school children.

The freestanding Blyth benches and Pensby tables are constructed from cast concrete. The tables were supplied in a yorkstone finish, whilst the benches were supplied in three different finishes; yorkstone, white and charcoal. Both products feature a lightly polished smooth cast finish. The Blyth concrete benches were supplied in a combination of sizes to create fun and unique seating arrangements for the children.

Furnitubes designers had the following to say about the new benches and tables: “Their cast concrete construction makes them durable, vandal resistant and low maintenance.”

The Blyth concrete bench can be supplied in various lengths, colours and finishes - a circular version is also available.
Furnitubes concrete Thurrock planters were also used on the scheme.
