PK Storage Solutions commissioned to build a mezzanine extension to existing concrete mezzanine over offices to ground floor.

We included for 2 additional staircases to gain access to the new office build on the new extended mezzanine area. We installed a part K staircase leading to warehouse and a part M staircase fully enclosed with fire rated partitions from ground floor warehouse/existing ground floor office entrance. Leading to new offices on extended mezzanine area.

We encapsulated the new ground floor kitchen offices and first floor offices in a 1 hour jumbo stud insulated partitioning system (double boarded either side of 150mm steel studs) from ground floor up to roof trusses. The result was a fully functioning extended office environment, separate to the warehouse operation.
