Mezzanine Floor and Offices Installation

Mezzanine Floor with office to ground floor and mezzanine level for Blank Products Ltd.

We were contacted by Blank Products to design and build a mezzanine floor and to include offices on the mezzanine together with a reception/trade counter to ground floor leading to storage warehouse including racking installation.

Blank Products appointed P.K. Storage Solutions after negations and we installed the mezzanine complete with one Part K access staircase which was accessed via the warehouse and through a door at the base of the staircase/reception.   P.K. Storage also formed a window at mezzanine level in the building cladding to match the existing ground floor windows.

The window was manufactured from aluminium and powder coated to the clients corporate colours on the inside and the landlords colour to the outside.   An additional toilet was formed on the mezzanine together with kitchen area.   The project was successfully completed and we have had several referrals to date.
