Scoring High in the Entertainment Sector

Merlin Entertainments Group has awarded a contract to provide security services at four of its top London attraction sites to OCS.

OCS has held a contract with the leisure company for nearly 7 years, providing security services to the city’s celebrity waxwork tourist attraction, Madame Tussauds. However, Merlin Entertainments recently tendered a security contract to cover three of its other attractions including the EDF Energy London Eye, the London Dungeons and the SEA LIFE London Aquarium.  After a rigorous selection process, OCS secured the three year contract to provide manned guarding services to all four sites.

At the EDF Energy London Eye, the OCS team provides out of hours security and daily manned guarding alongside queue control and bag searches.  Additional ad hoc services for special events are also provided at the neighbouring SEA LIFE London Aquarium and the London Dungeon.
