Launch of Meiko DV 125.2; ideal for schools and colleges

Ideal for larger schools, colleges etc., the DV125.2 handles washware as big as 650 x 530 mm (2/1 Gastronorm) size. The machine can process up to 60 650mm x 530mm baskets per hour.

• EWS technology to reduce water consumption

Incorporated is Meiko’s unique GiO reverse osmosis unit, which negates the need for water softening apparatus and has the capacity to work with incoming water at a hardness level up to 314ppm. 

Reverse osmosis produces almost pure (98%) filtered water by directing the incoming untreated water under high pressure towards a membrane whereupon almost all the unnecessary particles are retained.  Crucially, operating with reverse osmosis water reduces machine downtime, and reduces detergent and rinse aid consumption.

An optional extra is an automatic hood lifting and closing mechanism, which makes operator handling much easier.
