I am very happy with my electric volupturest 2 treatment couch from Avalon couches.I opted for the wider width and 4 “ memory foam.It’s very stable and comfortable.From ordering to having it installed everything went smoothly and Larissa and Sarah were so helpful.I wanted the additional arm rest for my face cradle and would recommend (my clients love the comfort) 😊5 stars, thank you very much Avalon couches!

I bought a new electric therapy couch in December 2020. This company is professional in every way. Sarah in customer services is very helpful in helping you to decide what you need. No hard pressure sales, rather she goes to great lengths to ensure you purchase the right couch. I opted for an installation service which was definitely worth the extra money. The guys that delivered and installed the couch were friendly and professional and they did not leave until I was 100% happy. I highly recommend this company because I feel they sell first class couches which is so important for client safety. If you need a new couch, don`t buy something cheap from the internet, deal with Avalon and you will feel safe in the knowledge you have bought the best for yourself as a practitioner and your clients. What a great company to deal with - the customer service is exceptional. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Extremely polite and very helpful. The electric couch is amazing - super smooth and quiet. Clients say how comfortable it is. I can lower it so that they don't struggle to get on and then raise it with ease to my working height.
