Awful, unhelpful customer service. Was sold the wrong branding iron and then charged extra for an adapter to make it work when i queried it. The branding iron broke very quickly and Phillip refused to help/fix/replace it, instead blaming me for having the wrong branding iron. To add insult Phillip never returned my branding iron so i couldn''t have it fixed elsewhere either.
