We were away when our alarm was set off, vigilant neighbours calmed it, until we returned two days later, a Saturday. We discovered one of our electric circuits was out of action, we called Briar Security, the answerphone gave a link to on-duty technician Chris from St Ives, he modestly claimed he wasn't an electrician but turned up within 20 minutes. He patiently isolated the culprit, a 144 bottle wine fridge, I wish it could have been the microwave, but that wasn't Chris's fault. The alarm and everything except the wine fridge was instantly re-connected. Many thanks Chris for an excellent service.
We had new security system installed by Briars, who had looked after our old system, from start to finish very efficient. The engineer who installed was great, worked to install with minimum of fuss and explained the system and App in detail to our staff. Highly Recommended and have now booked them to install a new CCTV too.
I would like to compliment your company and workers on the excellent service that you offer. A few months ago I experienced a problem with my alarm the night before going on holiday. Briar dealt with it very speedily in difficult circumstances. Both the administrator and the engineer could not be more accommodating. When the engineer came recently to service my system he was again very pleasant, he arrived at the appointed time and was most helpful. The level of service you offer is very rare and deserves to be commented on, especially as the commitment to good service seems to extend to all of your employees that I have dealt with.
I used Briar Security to fit an alarm system to my 300 yr old thatched cottage. They were very knowledgeable and sympathetic to the restrictions of a listed building not to mention the asthetics. I am very happy with the service I received and have no hesitation in recommending them.
I am absolutely delighted to have chosen Briar Security Systems to fit my house alarm. With-in 2 weeks of the initial visit from the company, my alarm was fitted!! I had a quote emailed to me with-in 3 hours of that initial visit. The engineers that were sent were punctual, polite and friendly. They tidied up as they went aong and had time for all my questions!! They were very knowledgeable. I felt at ease with them in my home and the system was explained to me very clearly.
