As a Corporate Practice of The Association of Project Safety we are accredited and externally audited under Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP Registration Number 050556) to act as Principal Designer and Advisor under The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. We have successfully delivered these services for 22 years, ensuring that projects benefit from a totally independent consultant focused on health, safety and welfare.
We can be appointed directly as the Principal Designer by clients, or through one of the design team or the principal contractor as CDM Advisor, although clients should consider the competence of the those they primarily appoint and the validity of indemnity through a third party.
We also undertake independent site safety inspections and audits where appointed to do so, together with incident investigation.
