I can't thank you enough for your help in sourcing and going out of your way to get us the invertor, we went from potentially having a machine down for four days of the Bank Holiday weekend to being back up and running within 12 hours of the fault occurring. The reduction in down time and lost production for the machine and lost labour costs is unreasonable. Once again I can't thank you enough in sourcing this on a bank holiday especially considering the current climate and businesses having reduced opening hours/stocking levels.
