Caltech are a family owned and run business in the passenger lift industry. Covering a range of products from large passenger lifts to goods lifts, wheelchair lifts, stairlifts, etc. Services include maintenance and repair to complete installations. Modernization and refurbishment of lifts is an important part of their portfolio. Much of this work comes from property management companies, hospitals, etc. who have already been given quotations for refurbishment and repairs by their own lift contractors. Sometimes it is surprising just how much cost can be saved by using a L.E.I.A. registered company such as Caltech. Caltech service and maintain lifts that were not supplied by them. Caltech cover Scotland and the north of England, down to Newcastle. Several Caltech goods lifts are now to be found on North Sea oil platforms.
