Recently purchased another mobility scooter from Cambridge Mobility. On using a couple of times I found the scooter did not suite my needs. On telephoning Lee he kindly said I could return the scooter and exchange it for a different one which is more suitable for me. Lee could not have been more understanding and helpful. Excellent, friendly service. Would highly recommend.
Not my personal experience but my 96 year old mother contacted Cambridge Mobility recently about a problem with her mobility scooter (which had not even been purchased from them) and they where most helpful. Came out to Saffron Walden and sorted the problem on the spot at a very reasonable cost indeed. Big thank you.
I have used this firm several times to buy mobility ramps and batteries, and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike some dealers closer to me they don't hike their prices, and whenever I compare their prices with other mobility shops in Bury St Eds, I feel it's worth the longer trip to Cambridge. They are my first port of call.
I haven't even visited the shop yet and I know I am going to like this company! Just got off the phone with the manager who I rang to get advice on getting a recliner chair. The only way she could have been more helpful is if she'd flown to my house and made me a cup of tea. Advised me in detail on what I needed to know and gave me the lowdown on how to avoid the double glazing salespeople that seem to populate this branch of the recliner chair economy. Absolutely proves why we need local shops with knowledgeable experienced people. I'll be buying from them. Thanks to all the team.
My mother and l visited this place last week to get her a new recliner chair. The staff here could not have been more helpful. After my mother trying out all the chairs they had on show and not feeling comfortable with any. It was suggested we come back after lunch while they unpacked a chair which was going out to a customer. This they duly did after resembling it and l am pleased to say my mother bought it as the staff felt this chair gave her more lumbar support. This place has never failed to supply really good quality products which my mother has had over the years.They are experts in their field and l highly recommend them. Parking is in front of the warehouse and there is easy access for disabilities.
These guys are great, I called them in the morning asking for advice about arm chairs for my mother, she had broken her leg and could no longer get out of her standard chair alone. They explained how to measure her and I then drove over to visit the store. They had a perfect chair in stock and delivered it that morning. They were extremely pleasant and gave her privacy while I moved her in in to her new chair, then gave her a little demo of how to use it. I can't thank them enough, from the phone call in the morning to the delivery. Always happy and helpful. Thank you again.
