We have used this company on two occasions, both to purchase a rationale 20 grid combination electric oven. Once I made contact with Andy they were very helpful in providing the first oven with a trainer sent out to assist in staff training on new equipment and are more than willing to come back if need. A month or two later we purchased another oven and they honoured the price of the first oven and also if we need the training that went with it.As part of the service they would also install the equipment, we how ever did not require this as we have a resident engineer that is compliant with Rationale oven installation.Aftersales Andy rang to ensure that we were happy with the product and that we had the training.
