CNC Plywood

CNC Melamine
Advances in the production of melamine board mean that it can be supplied in a wide range of finishes, and textures including 3D raised natural wood grains, ultra smooth gloss, ultra flat matt and an increasingly broad range of colours and effects.
CNC Dibond
Our preferred material is Dibond Sheet however, we can supply other Aluminium Composite sheets materials from other brands such as Alucobond, i-Bond, Reynobond and Alupanel, the latter being the only Aluminium composite panel made in the UK.

Melamine Board Cut to Size

Chipboard Cut to Size
At CNC Creations we can provide chipboard cut to size for any kind of project, large or small. Using the latest high-tech equipment our craftsmen can expertly cut, shape and detail quality chipboard sheets in a variety of thicknesses and of any size up to 3660mm x 1525mm (12ft x 5ft).
High Quality Panel Cutting & Edging

We have access to most, if not all, of the panel products currently available in the UK. We can provide a “supply, cut and edge” service for brands such as Egger, Kronospan, Shinnoki, Saviola Alvic, Finsa and more.
CNC Routing & Assembly Service
As part of our service we can also offer a complete assembly solution. Once your project has been precisely and expertly machined on our state-of-the-art CNC platform, our team of qualified and experienced carpenters can take it to the next stage by expertly and professionally assembling it, making it ready for immediate use or installation.
Spray Painting
All of our spraying is carried out in our state of the art, modern spray booth which is illuminated with the latest LED lighting technology and heated via natural gas (unfortunately, connecting to our Biomass heating system was not an option).
The heated booth allows us to speed up drying times, dramatically reduce lead times and ensures your project is completely dry prior to delivery.
In keeping with our ethical, environmentally focussed approach to everything we do, we only use, where possible, water based primers and only ever use water based tops coats.

The random pitch T&G wall panelling has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options.

These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home.
Our T&G effect wall paneling is supplied in an un-primed MR MDF and is available, in three pitches. 100mm, 150mm and variable. The latter having random 75mm. 100mm and 150mm centres between the grooves.
Birch Plywood Kitchen Base Units
Each of our cabinets is precision cut on a CNC router and features rabbet jointed corners, a solid top panel, a solid rebated back panel and is supplied fully assembled with an ultra rigid, glued and screwed, construction.

30mm V Grooved Panels
Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications.
If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Simply send us an email with your choice of colour, and/or size requirements, and we will get back to you with a quotation.
Ribbed MDF Panels
Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs.
Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes. Our in-house capabilities also allow us to offer cut to size and spray finishing upon request.
