ThreatScan®-LS1

Despite being remarkably lightweight, incredibly thin, portable and battery powered 3DX-RAY ’s ThreatScan®-LS1 is a powerful large format x-ray scanning system. The large 600mm x 460mm imaging area of the ThreatScan®-LS1 enables typical bags and packages to be scanned in one scan. This powerful system penetrates up to 34mm steel at 120kV, producing high quality, sub-millimetre resolution images.
You’ll find ThreatScan®-LS1 being used for suspect bag and package inspection in locations such as mass transit rail and bus stations, shopping malls, airports, stadia and sports arenas. The system is also used for general security inspection by first responders such as Police, Military and Private and Government Security agencies.

ThreatScan®-LS3

ThreatScan®-LS3 is a compact yet powerful x-ray scanning system that can penetrate 34mm steel at 120kV as standard. The 305mm x 256mm imaging area enables typical bags and packages to be scanned in one scan. The complete system fits securely into a back pack.
Designed for rapid deployment and ease of use, ThreatScan® systems operate with the intuitive and user-friendly ThreatSpect software to produce high quality, sub-millimetre resolution images.
The ThreatScan®-LS3 is designed so that the operative can achieve accurate high quality images quickly and efficiently.

ThreatScan®-LSC

The 3DX-RAY Threat Scan®-LSC is a portable x-ray inspection system that includes two (2) panels: the large format LS1 panel and the compact LS3 panel.
The LS1 panel has a large imaging area of 600mm x 460mm to scan typical bags and packages in one scan, yet is still remarkably lightweight and incredibly thin.
The LS3 panel is more compact with an imaging area of 305mm x 256mm, for use where access to suspect packages is limited or under vans, for example.
This combination system is powerful, penetrating up to 34mm steel at 120kV and producing high quality, sub-millimetre resolution images.
The ThreatScan®-LSC system includes a backpack and a compact cable set as standard.

CXi mail and baggage screening systems

The AXIS™ systems are ideal for scanning larger quantities of mail and bulkier items such as hand baggage, in non-aviation environments. They provide superb image quality, materials discrimination, powerful image enhancement and processing functions for rapid accurate interpretation of images.
Each AXIS™ system has been designed for ease of use and is compact enough to fit in areas where space is limited.

Portable x-ray systems

AXIS™-CXi is a cabinet based x-ray system for screening mail, parcels and small baggage for potentially harmful items and contraband. It is a mobile unit so can be relocated easily within buildings.
AXIS™-CXi is a cabinet based screening system with aviation standard Materials Discrimination capability.
Designed for environments where space is at a premium the CXi offers a large inspection chamber and imaging area whilst retaining a small footprint.

Portable Systems

3DX-RAY makes it easy to investigate specific parts of a vehicle from different angles. Our ThreatScan® portable x-ray systems are ideal for x-raying specific areas where contraband is often hidden, such as fuel tanks, air-bags, dashboards and wheels.

MDXi-NT Industrial x-ray inspection system

MDXi is a high-resolution turnkey x-ray inspection system that is designed to be fully integrated into a production line. Typically the MDXi-NT is robot loaded and controlled using the same automation control (PLC) as the manufacturing processes.
MDXi-NT has been predominantly deployed in the catalytic converter market, providing valuable information for the development, manufacturing and aftermarket processing of catalytic converter and diesel particulate filters (DPF’s).
MDXi uses CatSpect software to detect, measure and analyse features that are hidden from view, including
Defects
Product coatings integrity, uniformity and depth
Aftermarket inspection of automotive catalytic products to determine cleanliness or level of soot or ash deposits

ThreatScan®-AS1

The new system is the first to use an amorphous silicon detector panel, the same technology used in medical X-ray. Additionally, the system is highly integrated, with the primary display, computer, communications and power supplies fully integrated into a single, rugged case. With the addition of secondary tablet display, ThreatScan®-AS1 offers high flexibility in deployment to meet a wide variety of threat scenarios.

The system also incorporates a new, higher energy, version of the Company's I-Gen portable X-ray generator.

The combination of technologies used in ThreatScan®-AS1offers exceptional X-ray imaging performance, advanced material discrimination, and Image Scan's sophisticated image processing software.

Blast Protection Equipment

The bomb suppression blanket and safety circles are cost-effective and easy to use to contain fragments and shrapnel from explosive devices − as used by Armed Forces, Police Units and government and corporate offices.

EOD / IEDD Equipment
