Tile Slysa Premium Diamond Blades For Porcelain Tiles

Applications: For porcelain & glass tiles, as well as ceramic tiles, marble and granite slabs. For use on wet tile cutting saws and angle grinders. This is usually the best selection for glass tiles (Not suitable for plate glass).

Semi-Flexible Fibre Backed Silicon Carbide Discs

Applications: Use on a backing pad mounted on an angle grinder. For heavy duty sanding applications such as paint and graffiti removal from concrete and masonry. Can also be used for light stone grinding duty as a low cost alternative to diamond grinders when only a small amount of material removal is required. Use grade 36 for rapid results and grade 80 for smoothing off.

> Slightly flexible when used on soft or medium backing pad.
> Low loading tendency, giving long life.

Lazer Diamond Core Drill Bits

Applications: These top-of-the range drill bits are for dry use, coring out walls. They will also work on concrete floors and platforms where depth permits. They are designed to cope with nearly all walling brick and stone upto the hardness of a semi-engineering brick. They will also cope with re-bar in concrete. Sizes are selected to meet the needs of modern PVC pipework and extractor ducts as well as the more traditional copper pipes.

Rapid Combi Discs (RCDs)

Applications: Designed and patented by Cibo Abrasives, specialists in stainless steel finishing products, Rapid Combi-Discs (RCDs) will remove a tig weld and leave a fine brushed or satin finish in one operation. They are also useful for finishing angles, improving rough surfaces and refining coarse grinding lines. They are most effective on metal polishers, set at around 6,000rpm, but they can also be used on full speed angle grinders. They give much more controlled material removal than standard flap discs and low heat generation.

Specification:
> Alternate layers of selected coated abrasives and non-woven surface conditioning material.
> Available in coarse (brushed finish), medium and very fine (satin finish).
> Recommended speed: 6,000rpm. Max speed: 115mm 13,300rpm, 125mm 12,200rpm.

Spindle Mounted Flap Wheels

Applications: For use in drill chucks or air tools with 6mm collets. Fast, but gentle removal of material including metal, rust, coatings and fillers.

Specification:
> Max Speed: 30mm 22,900rpm, 50mm 13,700rpm, 80mm 8,500rpm.
> Flexible, durable cloth backed flaps.
> High grade aluminium oxide abrasive, ideal for use on most wood and metal.
> Available in coarse (grade 40) and fine (grade 80).

Metal Polishing Compounds

Applications: We have selected 2 popular grades of polish that are ideal for finish polishing architectural metal, especially stainless steel. Use with our felt polishing discs or on felt or cotton polishing wheels. The green grade PV102 will remove minor scratches and leave a bright lustre finish. For a full mirror polish, clean off the green polish and finish with the pink grade PV102.

Specification:
> Supplied in wax type compound.
> Approx 1kg per bar.
> PV101 (Green) for high lustre shine.
> PV102 (Pink) for full shine and mirror polish.

Also Available: Felt discs suitable for metal polishing with these compounds.

Roloc™ Compatible Quick Change Surface Conditioning Discs - 50mm (2in)

Applications: These discs are compatible with Roloc, Lockit and similar quick change disc systems. Surface conditioning discs are for metal finishing, although they can also be used to de-nib and smooth hardwood. They will clean metal surfaces, removing rust and coatings, blend welds, remove scratches and brighten metal. They leave a swirl pattern in the metal, which can either be a finish in its own right or as preparation for coating or polishing. Use coarse grade for heavy cleaning duty and weld blending, medium for light coating removal and fine for finishing and brightening.

Specification:
> Button mounted compatible with Roloc™ and similar systems.
> Suitable for air tools as well as angle grinders, grills etc.
> Stocked in grades Fine (blue/grey), Medium (red) and Coarse (brown).
> Made with non-woven abrasive material.
> Packed in 50s for value, also offered at even lower unit prices in batches of 200.

125mm Grip Backed (Velcro type) Sanding Discs

Applications: For most 125mm DA and rotary sanders with or without extraction. Also very effective for hand use (suitable hand blocks available). Effective on both hard and soft wood, mild steel, cast iron, painted surfaces and fillers.

Specification:
> 125mm (5 in) diameter.
> Choice of extraction holes (8-hole pattern), or plain.
> Aluminium oxide abrasive, suitable for a wide range of materials
> Grip (velcro type) backing.
> Coarse Grade 40 is on durable film backing for long life and increased aggression.
> Multi-grade packs include 10 discs of each grade, ie 60 discs per pack.
> Extra discount for batches of 200.
> Conversion disc has PSA one side and grip 'Velcro' type base on the other. Enables switch from PSA to grip backed discs.

Woodworking Sandpaper Rolls

Applications: Ideal for both hard and soft wood. These rolls are also suitable for metal, fillers and MDF and panels. Can be cut to size for hand, half sheet sander or orbital sander use. For more flexibility see Decorator Rolls.

Plain Stripping Wheels (For shaft or mandrel mounting)

Applications: For mounting on an arbor or shaft for edge use. Can be mounted on a mandrel assembly to make a single or double width wheel driven by a drill. Can also be used on tapered and clamped shafts to clean and surface condition metal including stainless steel.

Specification:
Flat disc with 13mm centre bore.
Shaft / mandrel assembly available.
Two discs can be mounted together on mandrel to make a wider wheel.
Flexibility enables mounting on tapered shafts.
Slightly flexible to avoid gouging.
Available in 100mm (4") and 150mm (6") diameters.
