The Kraso Type KFP is a well-designed, proven solution, providing a watertight splitable frame for Kraso’s sealing inserts to be used in front of boreholes on waterproof concrete. This solution is a get-of-jail product for penetrations that haven’t been adequately cored, creating an irregularly shaped penetration. Combined with a Kraso sealing insert, this system will provide up to 3.0 bar pressure resistance.
The KFP Split support frame − from Kraso, Germany, is made from a solid secret formulation of special plastic that is easier to handle than metal frames.
Using Kraso’s split frame can provide a water & gas-tight seal to a penetration/borehole containing cables or pipes installed in poorly prepared penetrations which don’t allow for an off-the-shelf sealing solution.
The KFP splittable frames come in various sizes from 80mm to 300mm, with the option of an extended rubber flange to increase the size of the overall seal.

AC Fire Resistant Grommets
AC’s range of Fire-retardant grommets are for the safe closure of small penetrations in fire-protection walls & B15 class bulkheads onboard ships. AC Fire resistant grommets provide fire-stopping for individual and small bundles of cables through fire-rated B15 bulkheads on board ships, solid or partition walls. The device is moulded from a specially formulated intumescent rubber that expands when in contact with heat, closing and sealing any open spaces around the cable.
AC Cable Repair Gauze
AC Cable Repair Gauze is used to repair many problems with leaking water, damaged cable sheaths, and strengthening and protecting old heat-shrink cable joints. Our gauze is uniquely impregnated with a water-activated Polyurethane that hardens & protects against water & hydrocarbons.
AC Cable repair gauze forms a tough, durable covering that will harden in approximately 30 minutes, creating a durable, long-lasting repair.

AC Cable Solutions pipe penetration grommet Seals are air seal flashings designed for cavity construction where pipes or cables penetrate building cladding and pass through the air seal membranes such as synthetic building wrap or a flexible or rigid air barrier.
Our range of pipe Penetration grommets provides an internal wall flashing system for pipes that penetrate through a drained and ventilated cladding system reinstating the airtightness required for Passive house constructions.
AC airtight grommets have a flexible synthetic rubber cone (EPDM) that can be cut to fit a standard range of pipes or cables. The airtight grommet Seal comes in sizes to cater for pipes, cables or round conduits from 1mm to 170mm in diameter. The EPDM cone is trimmed to fit the service pipe or cable size. Simple.
The adhesive backing comprises of thin (1mm or less thick) flexible woven waterproof synthetic flashing material coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive. AC airtight grommet seals have been assessed and meet the requirements of many building codes globally.

Hawke HCX Civil Transit Frame
Rectangular Civil Frame with flange.
Made in 6mm thickness steel with 60mm flange.
Available in four standard sizes 120 width, 2,4,6,8 and in four standard sizes 60mm width, 1,3,5,7. Multiple frames are available as combination of two or more apertures arranged horizontally, vertically or both combined.
Designed to be bolted or casted.

Hawke HRTO Round Transit Frame
Hawke HRTO is a round fire resistant sealing solution for multiple cables/pipes passing through a circular aperture in a wall or bulkhead/deck.
The seal is formed by tightening the compression bolts which expand the system radially with no need of a compression system.
Designed to be installed using Hawke Sleeves (welded, bolted or casted) and standard HF blocks.
Manufactured in intumescent elastomer polymer with stainless steel front and back plates. Plates also available in mild steel.
HRTO is always supplied as an open frame. This enables the frame to be installed after cable/pipe installation.
No extra tools are required for its installation.

Available to seal services from 4mm up to 170mm of external diameter (standard version).
Tolerant up to 7 mm.
Designed to be installed using Hawke Sleeves (welded, bolted or casted).
Manufactured in intumescent elastomer polymer with stainless steel front and back plates. Each HRST frame has a gasket to prevent galvanic corrosion when installed within a mild steel sleeve.
HRST is always supplied as an open frame. This enables the frame to be installed after cable/pipe installation.
