Rough Terrain Telehander Training
A rough terrain telehander , is a machine widely used in agriculture and industry. It is similar in appearance and function to a forklift but is more a crane than forklift, with the increased versatility of a single telescopic boom that can extend forwards and upwards from the vehicle. On the end of the boom the operator can fit one of several attachments, such as a bucket, pallet forks, muck grab, or lift table.
The most common attachment for a tele-handler is pallet forks and the most common application is to move loads to and from places unreachable for a conventional forklift. For example, telehandlers have the ability to remove palletized cargo from within a trailer and to place loads on rooftops and other high places. The latter application would otherwise require a crane, which is not always practical or time-efficient.

Very Narrow Aisle Truck (Man Down)
The Narrow Aisle Forklift Truck is used in industry inside a warehouse. They are guided by either a rail or wire system and the operator only steers them when moving from one aisle to another. They are either a Very Narrow Aisle Man Up Forklift, where the operator is rasied up to the picking level, or Very Narrow Aisle Man Down Forklift, where the operator stays on ground level. Operators of the VNA Forklift truck are required to hold a certificate of training which shows they have attended a training course and passed a test to a set national standard.

The pivot truck is an articulated four-wheel counterbalance truck with unique aisle efficiency. Stacking aisles can be as small as 1600mm (using a 1200mm wide by 1000mm deep pallet) giving a density of storage that exceeds that of any reach truck.

Because we are ITSSAE accredited this means our training has been inspected and approved to meet the conditions set out by the Health and Safety accredited body in respect of operator training. Order Pickers
The Ace Trainers Training course which has been recognised by the HSE aims to provide learners with the ability and knowledge to correctly, safely and legally operate a Narrow Aisle Order Picker Truck. At Safety Problem Solutions our instructors can cater for all workforces, private individuals and corporate clients including experienced and uncertified operators, as well as providing conversion certifications.
Around 5 hours of the course will be spent in the classroom learning the theory of operating a Narrow Aisle Order Picker Truck. The theory features all the necessary legislation and the general principles of lifting as well as the operator’s code of conduct. The practical training course will vary according to the experience of the learners and how many are undertaking the course. Every learner will spend time practicing their skills and techniques on the truck to enable them to pass the test.
