I have been using Adaptive Comms for a few years for IT & Telephony and my account manager, Joe McArdle is in regular contact and available for any queries I may have. The support staff are extremely efficient and always on hand. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We recently migrated our internal phone system to AdaptiveComms and it has been an excellent experience. I''ve used large telecoms providers in the past and their support levels and Account Management cannot match smaller suppliers who get to know your business far better.

The migration was seamless and Adaptive handled the number porting efficiently. We now have a system in place that offers us greater features and functionality. I''d recommend AdaptiveComms.

We recently moved offices and took a new phone system from Adaptive. In terms of pre-move installation and set up they were really helpful and very responsive. Post-move they have also been really quick to respond and support both training queries and minor issues.
