Chamber Machines

Our range of Smipack chamber machines are our entry level self -ontained units which create and shrink a totally enclosed bag in order to produce a finished pack of presentation quality.
Available in manual, semi-automatic or automatic operation

L-Sealing Machines

Our range of Smipack L-sealing machines produce a totally enclosed bag and when used in conjunction with our range of free standing heat shrink tunnels can produce packs of presentation quality at a far higher rate than the chamber machines range.
Available in 2 sizes
Available in 3 specifications, Manual, Semi automatic and Fully automatic
Available in 2 build materials. Painted steel and Inox stainless
Output : 800 to 2,400 packs per hour

Heat Shrink Tunnels

Adpak supply an extensive range of heat shrink tunnels. Although frequently used to complement our great range of bagging and sleeve sealing equipment these can also be used in their own right to meet specific applications.
With numerous variations of aperture size, length, speed, product transport, etc Adpak will provide you with the most reliable and economical heat shrink tunnel to meet your specific needs.
Key features of our heat shrink tunnels include:
• Control system to allow for simple control of conveyor speed, tunnel shrinking temperature and scheduling different work cycles
• Conveyor with turning or fixed silicone-coated rollers

Flowrapping Machines

Delfin offers flexible and functional solutions in order to meet any production requirements. Devices and gears installed within these machines match the most up to date technology with user friendliness and easy maintenance.
Complementing the Delfin range of horizontal machinery is the Lorapack Crima Easy and the Crima Fast. These machines are able to operate in a horizontal, vertical or an inclined position.

Single Reel Overlap Packaging Lines

NEWLY LAUNCHED: A single reel overlap packaging line system from Smipack that is designed for medium speed applications where print registration and high quality printed films are required with the benefits of low cost & space saving manufacture.
This system offers flexibility of product sizing and simple machine adjustments. The standard manufacture is as a flood fed inline machine, however it is also available as a side feed option.

E-Commerce Auto Bagging Machines

The BVM Comtex and Compacta ranges provide varied solutions for both dispatch and returns for e-commerce businesses and online retailers.
With options of additional integration to provide full data management, in turn producing automated insertion of packaging slip and/or dispatch labelling, these machines can meet the budgets and requirements of multiple-sized companies, whilst providing a rapid pay-back on capital investment.
The Comtex allows single and multiple products to be dispatched in an optimum sized, secure, customised bag. With outputs of 900 − 1500 packs per hour this solution provide multiple and immediate savings. It also allows products to be swiftly returned to stock in packaging of original quality standard, ready for re-sale, reducing waste and increasing profit margins.
The Compacta is an option providing similar results to the Comtex at a lower budget. Where the Comtex matches the product to provide an optimum sized bag, the Compacta provides a bag of common width but optimum length.

Sleeve Wrapping Machines − BVM

The BVM stretch banders use an upper and lower film roll in conjunction with a film stretching device to produce a tight film sleeve around collated product which then requires zero or minimal shrinkage, reducing film usage and energy costs.

Customer specific design has been a speciality since 1987.
Very few industrial sectors exist that have not benefited from the provision of an Adpak sleevewrapping machine.

Spiral Wrapping Machines

BÖHL spiral wrapping machines are ideal for wrapping both long products and ring-shaped products − making them an ideal solution for the construction, engineering and industrial sectors. BÖHL machinery is characterized by the following advantages: high efficiency, low energy consumption, low cost of consumables, low noise level, short set-up times, interlinkage with other equipment, as well as a comprehensive choice of machinery.
One innovation that Adpak has developed is the use of a BÖHL spiral wrapping machine as an e-commerce / secure shipping packaging system for suppliers of building products, automotive parts and other bulky products requiring rapid secure packaging and labelling ready for shipping. The product is secured to a cardboard base using a strong clear stretch wrapping film, with the base then placed into a snug fitting cardboard box which is secured and labelled for delivery.

Feeder Machines

Adpak’s range of Klaus Joker friction feeder machines separate, feed and insert paper and flat products, such as brochures, booklets, product samples, CDs, ISO-cards, paper and cardboard pieces as part of an automated packaging process. The systems are particularly suited to e-commerce or logistics applications for accurately inserting delivery notes, invoices, flyers, flat product samples or brochures into the packaged product.

Free Standing Pallet Wrappers

The Adpak range of pallet wrapping machinery can provide a simple and economical alternative to hand wrapping pallets. The range comprises of self-propelling robots, semi-automatic & automatic wrapping machines with rotating table for pallet stabilization. All products are reliable, are of the highest quality & fully comply with the strictest safety regulations. Case Taping Machinery

The case taping range can be supplied as bottom closure only or the more popular top & bottom closure, the machines utilize a variety of tape thicknesses & types plus optionally hot melt glue. These machines are heavy duty, easy to maintain & can also be manufactured in stainless steel. Available in both semi-automatic or automatic versions.

Case Erecting Machines

The Adpak range of case / box erecting machines includes entry level semi-automatic versions through to fully automatic high spec models. The range provides flexibility when using standard American case blanks, erecting & closing the base with either tape or glue. Machines can be manufactured in a standard painted finish or in stainless steel for a food packaging environment.
