Dear Steven and Helen,
I am writing to let you know how delighted we are with the partition wall that your team installed at our school last week.
It will perform all the functions that we hoped it would and provide us with a much-needed opportunity to use valuable space more profitably.
Every aspect of our dealings with AEG Partitions Partitions was more than satisfactory. From our initial phone call to the preliminary visit to the actual installation itself it was clear that we were dealing with dedicated professionals.
The team who fitted the partition were excellent. The standard of the work is first class and I was kept informed at every stage of the installation. Your colleagues were very understanding of the other demands involved in running a school and they were patient and very thorough in their explanations of how the partition operates.
I was particularly grateful for your flexibility and understanding when it appeared that the installation could not happen when first scheduled because we had not had the necessary electrical adjustments made.
Our whole experience of dealing with your company has been a pleasure and we are delighted with the installation.
I am required (as a Sefton Council school) to gather three quotes for all works to be carried out.
I can assure you that our partition does, as well as being of very high quality and specification, represent excellent value for money.
