I shortlisted AMS to install an air to air heat pump and was very happy with all aspects. I called into their offices and AMS then carried out a technical site visit. We discussed options, including spares, maintenance and warranties, as well as installation issues/challenges. He then provided a clear and comprehensive written quote covering two different makes and their capacities. I chose Daikin, and within a week of ordering an installation date was arranged. The informed, experienced and practical installation team managed to complete the job in one day, instead of the planned two, and were professional, and very clean and tidy. The unit is working, almost silently, for heating or cooling. I am very happy to recommend AMS.

I was really impressed with the responsiveness. Daikin heating failed on the Monday, I phoned AMS on Tuesday and had an engineer visit the same day. Parts arrived and were installed on the Thursday. Heating working now on the Thursday evening. Thank you AMS.
