Fire Alarm Systems

ALE Fire Systems Ltd supply, install and maintain fire alarm systems to workplaces across the South, London and surrounding areas.

Fire alarm Installation and maintenance in accordance with BS 5839 and BAFE SP 203-1

Fire alarm systems should be maintained/serviced at least every six months by order of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

We do not tie you into a maintenance contract as we are completely confident that you will be satisfied with the service we provide.

Fire Extinguishers

In the event of a small manageable fire a portable fire extinguisher would be your first defence.

Ale Fire Systems are accredited to BAFE SP 101 for the service and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.

It is a legal requirement under The Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order 2005 that fire extinguishers are required in all buildings. It is the responsibility of the Manager or Responsible person to ensure these are provided for use by the competent person.

Fire Risk Assessments

It is a legal requirement of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 that the Responsible person (owner, manager ,landlord or employer) of a building to carry out fire risk assessments to protect people and property.

The purpose of the fire risk assessment is to-
Identify the fire hazards and identify the persons at risk,
Evaluate and reduce or remove the risk

If there are 5 or more people in the building there must be a written record,
Must prepare an emergency plan and provide training
Review and update the fire risk assessment annually

Gas Suppression Systems

A Gas Suppression System is an automatic fire suppression system without the need of human intervention.

Most commonly used in server, data rooms but can be used in any area protecting valuable assets without the need of water which could damage these items.

ALE Fire Systems are F Gas certified to carry out the installation and maintenance of stationary fire protection systems contained fluorinated greenhouse gases.
We also carry out installation and maintenance of Inert Gas Suppression Systems

Aspirating Systems
