For closing and sealing with self-adhesive tape of the top and bottom flaps of filled cases of different dimensions presented at random at a maximum capacity of up to 18 cpm.

Lantech RCP-2 Case Packer (Top Loader)

Erecting and transporting a case into the loading position occurs in the same way as in the Side Loader. When the case is in position, the centering frame is activated. The collated product is moved onto two horizontal sliding plates (bomb doors) situated above the case. The Pick & Place head then picks up the collated product, lifts it clear of the bomb doors, which then open and the Pick & Place head moves the product down into the erected case. As an alternative to the bomb doors Lantech use - where appropriate - a high-speed retractor belt. Once filled, the case is closed with self-adhesive tape or hot melt glue after which it leaves the machine.

Lantech RCP-3 Case Packer (Side Loader)

The erected case is transported to the loading position by two ‘high grip’ side belts where it is turned through 90 degrees after which the complete collation of product is moved into the case in one operation. The filled case is then turned into the upright position, followed by the sealing of the bottom and top flaps with tape or hotmelt glue in the closing section.

Lantech CP-300 Case Packer

The CP-300 is based on the proven Lantech case erecting (C-300) and loading techniques. This very compact case packer erects a case and feeds it to the loading position, where the centering frame is activated. The pick & place unit picks up the product, or a complete collation of products, and places them in the case. After that, the filled case is transported to the closing section where the bottom and top flaps are sealed with tape or hotmelt glue.

Lantech LF-1000 Lid Forming & Placing Machine

The LF-1000 is the compact two-station lid forming/placing machine capable of handling E or B flute blanks. The lid is formed on a forming head where the flaps are glued. The formed lid is positioned on the tray case by means of special shoe-horn type fingers.

Lantech LF-2000 Lid Forming & Placing Machine

The LF-2000 is the high speed four-station lid forming/placing machine capable of handling E or B flute blanks as well as solid board blanks. The lid is placed loose on the filled tray case and then usually strapped with plastic bands.

Lantech LA-1000 Lid Application Machine

From a low level walk-in type magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and placed in position for a mechanical pusher to move the blank to the forming tool. During the transfer of the lid blank a very accurate timing of the hot melt glue application is achieved on the two short flaps of the lid blank. In the meantime, a bead of hot melt glue is applied along the top of the two long sides of the tray / case. After reaching the lid application position the blank will be picked up and when the filled tray is in the right position, the lid blank will with great precision move downwards to the top of the filled tray. In that position the 4 flaps will be folded in (90 degrees) against the filled tray. The folding plates will remain in position briefly to allow for the glue to bond the lid to the tray. The folding unit will retract to its starting position and tray / case with glued lid will exit the machine via the roller conveyor.

Lantech Q-300 Semi-Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapper

The Q-300 is the ideal machine to wrap more loads with increased productivity. It can wrap up to 35 pallet loads per hour. The Q-300 is easy to operate. The operator places the pallet load on the turntable, gets off the forklift truck and attaches the film to the pallet. By pressing the start button, the wrapping cycle begins. Once the pallet load is wrapped, the operator cuts the film and gets back on the forklift truck to remove the pallet load.

Lantech Q-300 XT Semi-Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapper

Most customers wrapping up to 100 pallet loads per day find that the Q-300 XT dramatically improves their overall productivity. If you do not have a steady production flow, and your pallets need to be wrapped within a few hours, then the Q-300 XT can wrap as many as 40 loads per hour. The forklift truck operators do not have to wait around. They do not even have to get off the forklift truck. They just pull a Lanyard switch to start the machine. The film is automatically attached and cut. The operator is free to do other jobs in the factory. The Q-300 XT is usually loaded and unloaded using a fork lift truck. However, thanks to the low level turntable, a ramp can be added so that a hand pallet truck can also be used.
