Our facilities and large product, supply based can offer finishes for Steel, Aluminium Extrusion, Aluminium Casting, Galvanised steel, Plastics and Glass. With our large wet spray and pre-treating area we can accommodate products that are large or small, long or heavy. No paint spec is out of our reach from Rail to Off-Shore, with our fast, efficient turnaround with strict quality controls.

We also offer a large range of specialist services, we offer a fast, efficient turnaround with strict quality controls high spec masking and a large range of colours and special effect finishes. Blasting can also be arranged.

Thermoplastic Coating
Thermoplastic coating powder which has been specifically designed to provide a long lasting, tough coating for exterior applications to mild steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. It is based on an alloy of acid modified polyolefin’s. Therefore it is Halogen free and the combustion flumes are low in smoke and have a low toxicity index.
It is resistant to stress cracking, adverse weather conditions, detergents, salt spray and typical airborne pollutants. The coating maintains excellent adhesion to the metal substrate without the need for a separate primer. The material also provides good abrasion and impact resistance.

Our facilities are equipped to handle steel, aluminium extrusion, aluminium casting, and vapor degreasing, with four spray booths, three ovens, and a variety of masking materials for precise, high-intensity applications. We accommodate products of all sizes, from small and lightweight to large and heavy.
We provide powder coating in any specification or colour, along with a collection and delivery service, ensuring reliable, competitive, and friendly support. Recently, Alpha Powder Coatings received an Enterprise Grant to further enhance our growth and capabilities.
