We offer a comprehensive range of services in both Mig and Tig in Aluminium, Mild Steel and Stainless whether it be for domestic or industrial usage, with all of our welders time served and highly experienced.

CAD Design
We offer a full steel fabrication project management system from the point of design to the finished article.
In our design office we have the capability to draw in both 2D and 3D packages including AutoCAD, Solidworks and Advanced Steel. This allows our draughtsmen to tailor our drawings perfectly for your use. This also allows us to take full advantage and supply you with every possible view you may need to better understand our drawings. For any queries you may have, please contact us.

Steel Erectors
Structural steel work is carried out to the BS EN 1090 Class Execution 2 as current law dictates, we can from client drawings design commercial, domestic and public buildings, the design is then submitted to a 3rd party structural engineer to prove the design.
From the initial customer contact a file is created so there is a complete record of the project.
Our welders are coded to the required standards needed to successfully comply to the coding’s needed.
We can offer site installation using our steel erectors alongside 3rd party Crane companies if required, all our site operatives are fully trained and certificated for all site install operations.
The company is able to offer a full steel erection service along with the ability to provide other services including the following :
Shot Blasting
Galvanising
Painting services

Arc Fabrications (Maintenance & Projects) Ltd firmly believe that a positive and balanced Health and Safety culture sits at the heart of everything we do. We strive for the highest safety standards, not only do our clients expect this, but so too do our employees who fully embrace our safety culture and who are the most important factor in how we maintain and develop health and safety throughout the business. We operate a cycle of continuous improvement, adapting our policies and procedures and adopting ‘best practice’ techniques; the key to effective health and safety management.
We have a dedicated Health and Safety Manager who works with our engineers/operatives to consider all aspects of health and safety when engaging in major projects or packages of works. Once a Scope of Works or specification has been agreed with the client, a comprehensive and robust Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS Pack) will be produced in order to identify and control all hazards to ‘As Low as is Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and ratified by all parties involved. All employees are encouraged to be pro-active in minimising risk, within the workplace.

We have carried out numerous successful projects over the years and cater primarily to the food and road surface industries. Some of the recent projects we have carried out include clarifier setting tanks fabricated from 10mm mild steel, flash drum pressure vessels fabricated from 10mm and 12mm mild steel boiler plates, slaker drums fabricated from 20mm 4003 grade stainless steel and more.
