Wound Care Dressing Converting Machines

Argosy wound care dressing converting machinery has a multi axis servo controlled with hmi for easy product change overs for multiple layered dressings. An electronic web tension system allows for delicate materials and high flexibility with configurations for multiple dressing sizes and formats. Inspection and rejection systems ensure consistent quality at all times.

4 Side Seal Machines

Argosy Machinery specialise in re-building Auto-wrapper and Doyen Medipharm 4 side seal machinery, other manufacturers machinery can be re-built upon request. We can also upgrade your existing sealing machine using the latest in servo control technology.

Product Feed Systems

Product auto feeder and bar turning unit will orientate products if required from broad edge leading to narrow edge leading, space the products with the required gap to then be queued and spaced at the wrappers infeed pitch.

The auto feeder with a series of sensors and belts, position each product between the flow wrappers infeed lugs so they can then be flow wrapped. Various products can be fed auto matically from confectionery to trays of biscuits for example.
