Tony is highly experienced and professional with a huge depth of knowledge around IT generally and security specifically. Whereas many IT support businesses come out of PC support and have added security as a second string, Tony''s background is in managing datacentres for blue-chip corporates and security is at the heart of his business: I know nobody with a better understanding of security risks and how to mitigate them. He is also skilled explaining complicated technical things so a layman can understand.
