Custom Modular Exhibition Stands
Colonnade is our solution for the long standing problem of a custom built exhibition stand that genuinely offers all of the flexibility of a good modular exhibition stand. Colonnade is produced in-house on our CNC machine and designed so that it will precisely fit any sized space whether it be an exhibition stand for a space only site or an exhibition stand to fit inside a shell scheme.
Colonnade is manufactured from MDF and is finished in Dulux vinyl matt emulsion to a very high standard. This combination of material and finish, along with the virtually seamless way in which Colonnade goes together, really does give that custom build appearance.

Aluminium Exhibition Systems
Aspect Exhibitions carries a range of modular exhibition systems. Our most popular is the German made R8 exhibition system. We’ve built modular, reusable exhibitions stands with R8 System for over 25 years. In fact, it accounts for about 70% of all of our modular exhibition design work.
Like the original Octanorm system the R8 system is a simple yet versatile portable display system. It features high quality aluminium components. These lock together to create custom modular exhibition stands.
The R8 exhibition system lends itself to many uses. It’s an ideal solution for exhibition stands and trade show displays. However, it can also be used to create many other modular exhibits. These include exhibition walls, exhibition display plinths and even exhibition reception desks!

We were one of the first exhibition companies in the UK to invest in and supply, on hire, a truly modular, tension fabric system. Tension Fabric is a relatively new and revolutionary solution for the construction of exhibition stands. Consisting of an extruded aluminium system and a high quality printed fabrics, the end result is a seamless and stunning solution for your next exhibition stand, something that many companies struggle to achieve.
The key to the success of the Tension Fabric System is the graphics. With the advances in printer technology we are sure you will not see better quality print on the market, the depth of colour and clarity is second to none. Your graphics will be printed on a 240gsm knitted polyester and uses a dye sublimation process to achieve stunning results. The material has a fire rating (DIN4102/B1) so it is suitable for use in many different environments and most importantly fully complies with exhibition venue regulations.

Inspired by the simplicity and durability of structures found in the natural world, Mero’s Meroform M12 exhibition stand and display construction system is based upon the concept of interconnecting tubes and ball-like nodes. Our newly acquired premises in Northampton incorporate an area of 8000sq/ft (743sq/m) dedicated to the storage of exhibition stands, this area is not only completely dry and totally secure it is also separated from our production and paint preparation areas with a full height partition to reduce the accumulation of dust usually associated with the manufacture of exhibition stands etc.
Not only will your exhibition stand be stored in a dry and clean environment it will also be covered by our specialist insurance, a policy designed specifically for the exhibition industry. Your exhibition stand will be automatically covered by a wide range of risks during our care.

We run seven of our own vehicles, three 3.5t panel vans, two 7.0t Iveco Daily Trucks, a Volkswagen Transporter and a little Citroen Berlingo, all of which are kept up to date and serviced regularly to ensure their reliability at all times.
Our fleet of vehicles allows us to cope with almost any exhibition stand, large or small, and deliver anywhere in the UK or throughout the entire continent of Europe.
If loads are larger than we can cope with or if we are supplying more than one exhibition stand to a show then we will engage the services of a 40’ trailer from our specialist exhibition logistics partner, a slightly more expensive option than a non-specialist but with the assurance that they will only supply a dedicated vehicle and know the importance of getting your stand to site on time every time.
