Typical applications
Site operators use self-bunded tanks to store and pump diesel to plant on site − taking the tank to the plant. Smaller units up to 10m3 can be lifted full on site, they have fork tunnels and lifting slings to do so. Larger units cannot be moved while containing diesel. Other contents typically stored in self-bunded tanks include:
• diesel for lorry fleets, helping logistics managers budget fuel use

Typical applications
Open-topped and weir set tanks are used for settlement of silt and sand from ground water, polymers and any application where separation of solids from liquid is needed. Weir sets of three tanks are easy to transport as each tank fits inside each other like ‘Russian dolls’. Open-top units are popular with construction site operators who like to be able to empty or dig out the settlement solids

ATI silos are primarily designed for cement storage and distribution. They are also suitable for most dry powders and granular products, but not food. Economical in their use of ground space, they are are not inhibited by height restrictions.

Horizontal silos are much easier to transport and install than vertical silos − they do not require purpose-built hard standing. They can be positioned with forklift or crane. This unit is popular with our environmental industry clients.
The unit can handle a wide range of powdered and granulated products up to approximately 2mm without modification. It is designed to prevent bridging, so minimising the need for flow aids.

All waste is taken away using fully licensed disposal companies in accordance with our Waste Producer Licence − NIE 024. We can provide you with full cleanliness certificates before and after hire.

Tank & Silo Painting
Internal finish: If your project requires the tank or silo to have a specialist lining, we will deliver it to a local blast and paint shop for completion with all relevant certification regarding thickness and tank coat humidity.
