Air Winches
Manual and automatic air winches are best used to manage more demanding lifting. Base Mounted Winches
Atlas have a wide range of base mounted hand winches available to buy or hire. We can supply power packs if required for any application type. With models able to cope with capacities from 500kg to 300 tonnes, we can supply a winch for any lifting and pulling application.
Hydraulic Winches
Choose Atlas for a range of hydraulic winches and power packs. These base mounted models are normally supplied within a crash frame, complete with lifting lungs.

Cable Pulling Winches
At Atlas, we can supply winches for all utility sectors including telecoms, power, water and gas. We have become specialists in this field and have the largest and most comprehensive hire fleets of its kind in the UK. Our cable pulling winches have capacities up to 10 tonnes. Bond lengths are available up to 1,000 metres. For some special applications, bond lengths in excess of 1,500 metres have been successfully used. Servicing, repair and testing is also available across the range.

Specialist Winches

Cable Drum Trailers
We can supply a full range of new cable drum trailers and high quality refurbished and used equipment. Road towable cable trailers are available to hire from 795kg right up to the largest road legal trailer available, the CD220 with a payload of 8,550kg. As drums of cable get larger and heavier, to reduce the number of joints in the cable, our site trailer range expands to accommodate extra wide and non-standard drum sizes and drums weighing up to 48Tonnes.

We’ve got all your cabling requirements covered. In addition to the many types of winch and trailer types available, we can also provide all the cabling accessories you’ll ever need. A wide range of items are available for purchase but we can also hire you many of the more regularly needed items such as cable drum jacks, cobra reels, cable rollers and bellmouths.
