Cut & Strip Machine - Carpenter Model 970

The New Carpenter Model 970 Cut & Strip Machine

The Model 970 cut & strip machine can process a multitude of different wires and cables from 0.032-10mm2 or 32-8 AWG cross section. With a new user friendly control panel, Fully programmable for full or partial strip on both ends, with a 999 memory program storage, USB connection, cable processing library, password Protect, multistrip function etc, It comes complete with a full set of guide tubes up to 8.0mm diameter and UK power lead.

For cables up to 10.50mm diameter, Additional 9, 10, 11mm diameter guides tube can be purchased.

Nuova Gamma T20SC Stripper Crimper

Nuova Gamma T20SC stripper crimper
This stripper crimper is available in a two ton version crimping press.
It accepts most crimping applicators with the 3 clip fixing base plate,
Nuova Gamma, AMP, Tyco, Molex, Mecal, OTG, Formgate, Schleuniger etc
Within the software of the machine it has 4 set or production modes
1/Strip only
2/Crimp only (with foot pedal)
3/Strip & crimp
4/Transfer crimp position

CM25-1 Fully Guarded System

This machine has the option of setting the machine to be used with or without the safety guard.
It has a 6mm stroke closure without the guard and a 14mm stroke closure with the safety guard.

CM25-6 No Guarding System

This option has no safety guard and only has a 6mm stroke, to allow the close access to the crimping area.

PP3 Stripper Crimper

This is the New PP3+ Stripper Crimper.
Available as left or right hand versions and in the new blue colour, available with the new air feed applicators, all old existing PP3 tools will also fit this machine, exclusive from Automated Cable Solutions Ltd.

PP3+ Pneumatic Crimping Tools

These are now available in the new air feed option:

Model 54A Bench Mount Dereeler

This is designed to assist in the dereeling of cable or wire reels for entrance into a measure & cut or Measure, cut & strip machine.
This benchtop Dereeler will accommodate a large variety of cable drum reel sizes, and is easily clamped to a bench or counter top. The material spool is positioned in place and engaged on both sides by large cones, this enables the reels to rotate freely into the cable cutting and stripping machines.

This is a powerful Bench Top on demand prefeed / Dereeler designed to provide your electric bench top wire processing machine with a constant and undisturbed supply of wire from either a wire spool or Barrel.
This unit features a powerful belt feed material transport, infinitely adjustable speed control, and a pulley accumulation system that virtually eliminates any material overrun.

Model 58B Floor Standing Prefeeder
