Techno EPDM Membranes
Here at Avenir, we offer Techno EPDM. This is a single ply roofing system designed especially for the waterproofing of commercial and residential flat roof applications.
This system comprises membranes with a selected set of accessories which provide an outstanding lifespan, ease of application, flame and heat-free installation, superior durability and a low life-cycle cost.

Techno EPDM Rolls 045 - 1.2mm
This membrane has a thickness of 1.2mm and is suitable for a range of flat roofing applications, from garages, porches, dormers and extensions to sheds and gutters. EPDM membranes are a watertight, durable and eco-friendly. With easy, flame-free installation and a low life-cycle cost, it is a low maintenance solution.
The Techno 1.2mm EPDM Rolls are 30.5 metres long, widths range from 3.05 metres to 12.2 metres.

Cut to Size Techno EPDM Membrane 045 - 1.2mm
Techno 045 EPDM Membrane
This membrane has a thickness of 1.2mm and is suitable for a range of flat roofing applications, from garages, porches, dormers and extensions to sheds and gutters. EPDM membranes are a watertight, durable and eco-friendly. With easy, flame-free installation and a low life-cycle cost, it is a low maintenance solution.
Remember to add at least 300mm onto your order to allow for a slight overhand once applied. Adhesives and correct tools are needed for maximum performance and durability.

Cut to Size EPDM Membrane 060 - 1.52mm
This EPDM is a heavy-duty membrane with a thickness of 1.52mm. This membrane is flexible yet durable making it the perfect solution for a range of roofing applications including garages, sheds, gutters and verandas.
We hand cut the membrane to your required size and recommend adding an extra 300mm to your roof size to allow for overhang.

Techno Waterbased Adhesive
Techno Waterbased adhesive is used to adhere the EPDM to a timber substrate only. Do not allow to freeze.
Our water based adhesive works best on absorbent timber substrates. We recommend plywood or OSB that is not too shiney.
For best results, it is essential that the water based deck adhesive is thoroughly stirred with a paddle stirrer prior to use.
Fold back one half of the rubber and apply an even coat of water based adhesive to the deck using roller and sleeve.

Techno Contact Adhesive Green
Techno Contact Adhesive has many uses including adhering EPDM membranes to upstand, masonry and vertical surfaces and as a deck adhesive on old concrete and asphalt or similar.
When applying to either upstands or decks, make sure the adhesive is touch dry before securely applying the membrane. If the membrane is applied when the adhesive is still wet, you may find bubbles start to appear under the membrane itself.
A 2.5L tin of green contact adhesive contains between 7.5 and 8m2 of coverage.

Techno 750ml Spray Contact Adhesive
Techno 750ml spray contact adhesive is used for adhering EPDM to vertical surfaces and can be used on bricks, wood and many other substrates.
Installation Tip
Shake thoroughly prior to use.
Apply a thin even coat to the membrane and substrate.

RubbaTrim Edge 2500mm (Clips & Fixings)
This RubbaTrim Edge measuring 2500mm is used on roof edges that are not attached to walls or a gutter. Specially designed with a raised upstand to direct water towards the gutter. This edge is durable and comes pre-drilled and pre-foamed for easy installation. All fixings and clips are supplied.
Trim is 100mm deep.

Universal Pipe Seal
Self-adhesive pipe boot, designed to seal roof protrusions from 0mm up to 150mm diameter (flues, pipes, soil pipes, cables).

Roof Vent with Cap
This vent is designed to allow moisture to escape from un-ventilated flat roof voids in typical cold roof build-ups, with mineral wool insulation on ceilings.
