Standard Features:

Universal Drive System for Swing Doors Low Energy or Fully Automatic
The universal qualities of the ax85 drive system are due to its electro-mechanical construction and its modular design. When the door drive motor operates, it simultaneously tensions a spring integrated in the drive housing. The closing movement uses energy stored in the spring, which, if necessary, is motor-assisted. Optimum power deployment is achieved in the entire door swing area, even without motor assistance. This moves the door reliably to its end position against draft resistance, for example, and also complies with the norms and standards of current safety requirements.
The ax85 is available to operate doors in sizes EN4 to EN6. The different spring forces required can be quickly and precisely adjusted on the spot using the special adjustment screw.
The system also provides many other sophisticated features, allowing pre-defined door types to be quickly and easily adapted to local circumstances.

Axis Automatic Entrance Systems Ltd were able to develop a new concept and design for a manual door which satisfied all the critical architectural and operational requirements specified by the architects, BDP. The doorsets were originally specified to meet a force of 22.5N or less and the original prototype with a door leaf weighing 135kg, just achieved this. Once production quality components were employed, the first Flo-Motion® sliding door installed on site achieved a mean average force of 10.1N.

Curtain Walling & Shopfront Systems
Low Rise Curtain Walling
This system is an economic and aesthetically pleasing solution to façade cladding. The system is suitable for use on all buildings where good thermal and weather performance is required, and is suitable for low rise applications up to 20m tall.
The system can accommodate 6mm, 6.4mm 8.8mm, 10mm, or 10.8mm single glass units or panels with the use of aluminium adaptors and gasket variations, and 24mm or 28mm double glass units or panels.
Shopfronts
The Shopfront system has profiles to suit both flush glazed and bead glazed applications, or a mix of the two. The standard dimensions are 100mm front to back and 45mm wide, with some sections having a width of 50mm or 100mm. The typical wall thickness of this system is 2.5mm.
Doors
The Doors system is suitable for fabricating many types of swing and sliding doors, and can be used in conjunction with both the Shopfront and Curtain Wall systems.
The standard dimension is 45mm front to back, with multiple sizes of rails and stiles. The typical wall thickness of this system is 2.5mm.
Windows
All of our window systems have a thermal break option. The thermally broken profiles meet current Document L requirements when glazed with argon gas filled K glass sealed units with warm edge spacer.
Glazing Bars
The Glazing Bar system has been designed for both the commercial and domestic markets, and conforms to BS5516 (British Standard Code of Practice for patent glazing). The system can be used with all popular fills including 6mm glass, multi-wall polycarbonate sheet, and double glazed units. The gaskets are designed to ensure the fills are sealed even when glazed at an angle.

A combination of hinged folding and manual sliding aluminium doors ideally suited to improve access and maximise the operational area of your premises. Also allows you to divide areas or secure your premises as and when required.

• Conventional stiles maintain double weather pile detail.
• Top guide and bottom roller are concealed in door leaf.
• All hinges face fitted − no complicated preparation is necessary.
• Bottom hung − means no headaches with structural head fixing details as with ‘hung’ systems.
• Uses standard flat face flush bolts and normal door locks − hook or latch.
• Stile rebate sections can also be added

Doorson 300 Automatic Sliding Doors
The standard automatic sliding door is a universal choice for both interior and exterior. It is extremely appropriate for highly frequent entrances, allowing a smooth and safe flow of all users.
Doorson 500 Automatic Sliding Fire Doors
Automatic sliding fire doors combine the functions of standard sliding opening/closing with fire protection on ESCAPE and NON-ESCAPE routes. With fire resistance to EI30 or EI60, prevents the spread of fire and radiant heat from one sector to another.
