Originally established in 1972 as BD Engineering, we are now BD Precision Engineers Ltd. We have been providing our customers across all industry sectors with cost effective and timely machine solutions for over 50 years.
Our reputation is founded on a track record of providing high-quality precision engineering solutions to our customers, on-time and within budget.
Facilities
Our factory offers 3000 sqft (279 m²) in floor and office space and houses our range of fully maintained CNC machines, CAD-CAM facility and Inspection equipment.
The Machine Shop
Our equipment is well-maintained and up-to-date, with ongoing investment in both plant and training. Our latest addition to our list of equipment is a Nakamura-Tome AS200CY with Auto Bar Feed. This has a capacity of 65mm through the spindle fitted with live tooling and C and Y axis this machine further expands our CNC Turning Capabilities.

We provide a complete range of services from one-off prototyping to full production runs into the 1000’s if required.
Assembly
We are primarily a component part manufacturer, but we also offer Sub and Full Assembly services, customised to meet individual customer requirements. We can supply fully-finished or part-finished products. Contact us for a customised quote today.

Stock holding and stock control on site for direct deliveries, direct stock replenishment and stock optimisation. We are happy to discuss specific customer requirements.
