Printing on HP Indigo 200K
The HP Indigo 200K was installed in January 2024 replacing the original Indigo 20000 installed in 2019.

Laminating on an Enprom Thermal Laminator
The compact solution is composed of two stages joined with a web path bridge. The first unit supports two unwinders with its control tension units and corona treatment. The second unit contains the rewinder and laminator unit. The machine is rigidly joined by four union beams. The new development of this solution has been designed with the goal of shortening the web path to a maximum and thus reducing waste by up to 33%.

Our first Galaxy Packtech pouch maker was installed into our pouch factory in September 2023, bringing a new level our pouch conversion capabilities.
The mechanical strength has brought improved strength to heat seals, higher conversion speeds and leaner set ups. Optomised for mono-materials, the Galaxy pouch maker handles thicker material constructions beautifully.

Stand Up Pouches
As the name implies, this flexible packaging option stands independently and is considered one of the best lightweight display packaging solutions for both food and non-food products. The folded gusset at the bottom ensures stability on the shelf when filled.
Spouted Pouches
If you're seeking a packaging solution for beverages and liquid products that need to be squeezed or poured, spouted pouches are perfect. They are ideal for a wide range of items, from shampoos and hand soap to frozen cocktails, vodka, gin, and cleaning products.
Pillow Pouches
This is a flat, heat-sealed flexible packaging option, sealed on two or three sides without a gusset. Available in various materials and sizes, it is suitable for both food and non-food items and is often referred to as sachets when they do not have a zip seal.
Printed Film
Printed film, flow wrap, or roll stock is used for horizontal or vertical form-fill-seal applications, making it ideal for packaging snack bars and crisp packets.
MONO Recyclable
Our MONO range offers recyclable stand-up pouches, sachets, and films with high barrier properties. These are available in metallised, white, or clear films, and can feature a gloss, matt, or soft-touch finish.
