Established in 1989
Originally a marketing consultancy, representing overseas defence manufacturers selling to the UK MoD, Police, UK companies and individuals aiming to sell overseas. Previously Alan spent 7 years in the Army, 4 years in Defence Sales and 2 years in Defence Marketing & Research. In 1989, encouraged by a major Swedish Defence Company to represent them to the MoD, he saw the light and started on his own. He has never looked back.
Since 2000, the year of the foundation of COSATT (now closed), we have concentrated our efforts on selling safety and security products to the Police, NHS and Local Authorities, private nursing homes and of course individuals. We also represent a number of overseas companies.
Over the last 30 plus years we have been involved with the design & marketing of many diverse products
Camouflage (£2.5m order to the MoD in 1992), clothing, gloves, footwear (thermal overboots to the Royal Marines), gloves, personal beacons, etc. It has been a lot of fun! For this reason you will find occasional products on our website that are “random”. If we like it, if we have designed it, or had a part in its design and if it is beautifully made, we would like to share it with you. Even if it is not a potential life saver.
