Advanced Field Calibrator & Communicator
The MC6 contains also a full fieldbus communicator for HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and Profibus PA instruments.
Carry less
We made MC6 a truly multifunctional device. When going out in the field it is so much easier to carry one device with you, instead of carrying several separate devices.
Go paperless
We made MC6 a documenting calibrator. This means that when you use it in conjunction with Beamex calibration software you have a fully paperless calibration process. No more error prone manual writing of calibration results on paper, manual error calculation or manual typing of results into software.
Features
We aimed to make the MC6 easy and fun to use. We added a backlit large 5.7 inch color touch screen that can be used with bare fingers, with gloved fingers or with stylus. Intuitive user interface with multiple user interface languages is included. The connection diagrams guides you to make the connections right. We even added multiple user interface modes for different use cases.
Documenting Process Calibrator
We made the MC4 a documenting calibrator that is small enough to be easy to carry around your site. When you use MC4 in conjunction with Beamex calibration software you have a fully paperless calibration process.
Features
The MC4 is a versatile calibrator with many different functions. There’s no need to take several different measurement devices to the field, MC4 does the job.
Hand Held Calibrator
It is available in two versions; temperature electrical calibrator (MC2-TE) and multifunctional calibrator (MC2-MF).
Features
Compact-sized, lightweight portable calibrator with large graphical display, multilingual interface and full numerical keyboard. Calibration is fast and simple.
MC5-IS Intrinsically Safe Multifunction Calibrator

Smart Reference Probes
Get smart
The Beamex smart reference probe contains an integrated memory that stores individual sensor coefficients.
The sensor works as a “plug-and-play” with the Beamex FB series of temperature blocks (R model). The temperature block automatically reads the sensor coefficients from the sensor and makes the necessary adjustments. This eliminates the need to enter the coefficients manually. The sensor can also be used with the Beamex MB series of temperature blocks (R model), and sensor coefficients can be manually entered via the MB user interface. The smart sensor can also be connected to the Beamex MC6 calibrator.
Excellent long-term stability
The Beamex smart reference probe is a high-quality probe with high accuracy and excellent long-term stability.
Features
> Temperature ranges -200 °C … 420 °C / 660 °C ( -328 °F … 788 °F /1220 °F)
> High stability, up to ±0.007 °C
> 300 mm (11.8 Inches) straight and 90° bent versions available
> Accredited calibration certificate with data and ITS-90 coefficients included as standard
MC6 Modular Calibration System
The MC6 also contains a full fieldbus communicator for HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and Profibus PA instruments.
Advanced workstation calibrator and communicator
We made the MC6 Workstation an ergonomic calibrator for workshop installations. Being easy to use, yet multifunctional device it offers a lot of functionality for calibrations. MC6 Workstation can be installed in the Beamex calibration bench or mobile trolley.
Usability
We aimed to make the MC6 easy and fun to use. We added a backlit large 5.7 inch color touch screen that can be used with bare fingers, with gloved fingers or with stylus. Intuitive user interface with multiple user interface languages is included. The connection diagrams guides you to make the connections right. We even added multiple user interface modes for different use cases.
User interface modes
The calibrator should have a lot of advanced functionality and it should still be easy to use − that is a pretty challenging situation. As a solution for this we decided to make different user interface modes for different use cases. For example, if you only want to measure something quickly and easily, use the simple Meter mode. If you want to document your calibration, use the Documenting calibrator mode.

MCS200 Modular Calibration Workstation
MCS200 offers efficient and ergonomic facilities for the maintenance of process instruments.
Beamex MCS200 Calibration Workstation
We made Beamex MCS200 modular test and calibration system to provide a better way for calibration and maintenance in a workshop.
Thanks to its flexible modularity, it is extremely versatile and can be configured to suit various applications.
Why calibrate in a workshop?
> Why calibrate in a workshop? Some reasons when calibration is more practical to be done in workshop:
> During a commissioning phase it is easier to calibrate all instruments in one location prior to installation.
> Pursuit of better accuracy / smaller uncertainty.
> Use of primary standards in the workshop to calibrate the portable working standards in house.
> Spare device / rotating spares can be found in a workshop.
> Safety issues can be more easily managed.
> Accreditation for the calibration workshop.
> Efficiency, ergonomics, ease and many other similar practical reasons.
