I use Beaucare a lot for a care home and deal closely with Clare on a regular basis. She is always very quick, efficient and extremely friendly when dealing with any queries for me. We have a great relationship to say we've never met.

I have worked along side my account manager Beckie Doran for almost a year now and Emily Lamb before that. I just want to say what fantastic managers they have been whilst I have been working in the care sector. Beckie has always gone above and beyond and any requests I have made have been actioned quickly and efficiently with the utmost friendliness.
It has been an absolute pleasure working along side my Beaucare friends and wish them and Beaucare as a company all the best for the future.

I would just like to say a big thank you to your service account manager Jordanna Kerriss. This lady was a great help to me, as I was struggling to purchase a spare part for a profiling bed. She was able to source the part very quickly, which has made my life much easier. Jordanna has a lovely professional manner, and is a credit to Beaucare Medical.

I have used Beaucare for the past Four years and they have supplied our care home with both clinical and janitorial products. I have found them to be reliable and very competitive on price so much so that we now use Beaucare over all of our three homes, Warrington, Oldham and Sale. We also take advantage of the LOLER servicing that they also offer and again this is over our three homes. This decision was again decided by the service and competitive price that they offer. We have recently taken advantage of the training that they offer, completely free of charge, with regards to the products that they supply and help and advice on any clinical issues that you may have. This service has proven valuable with the new janitorial range that they have recently brought out, helping us to stay compliant with C.O.S.H.H regulation, and their existing sanitary products. They will also assist you with any set-up issues that you may have and have the attitude that “if they don`t supply it they will source it for you” again at a competitive price without substituting quality. I have no problem recommending this company and have done so on many occasions.

Vicky the trainer from Beaucare has been supporting me at Nightingale for the last year. I am very pleased with the speed in which she has been able to come out and help to assess residents form new slings and various different adaptions. Fantastic firm very responsive and Vicky is a joy to work with.
