Bespoke Design
We believe in heavy investment in both personnel and technology, as a good design process can only better the end result.
The latest Solid Works 3D design software and hardware is used by our project team, allows the Group to build a fully functioning model before a single bolt has been turned or any steel cut.
Our commercial vehicle designers and management team will use their knowledge to ensure the production of your vehicle will be second to none.
The Commercial Vehicle Design Process
Your design starts with you, where you will sit down with one of our management team and discuss your requirements.
From there we will pass the information on to the design team to create any drawings and design models, if necessary.
You will have your own, dedicated point of contact and will be constantly updated on progress from the start of the design to its completion.
Finally, once you have signed off the final design, with any changes you may have wanted along the way, the Group will then start the build process from the detailed drawings. This ensures what you want is exactly what you get.
The latest Solid Works 3D design software and hardware is used by our project team, allows the Group to build a fully functioning model before a single bolt has been turned or any steel cut.
Our commercial vehicle designers and management team will use their knowledge to ensure the production of your vehicle will be second to none.
The Commercial Vehicle Design Process
Your design starts with you, where you will sit down with one of our management team and discuss your requirements.
From there we will pass the information on to the design team to create any drawings and design models, if necessary.
You will have your own, dedicated point of contact and will be constantly updated on progress from the start of the design to its completion.
Finally, once you have signed off the final design, with any changes you may have wanted along the way, the Group will then start the build process from the detailed drawings. This ensures what you want is exactly what you get.
Car Transporters
Over the years the Belle Group has designed and manufactured Enclosed Car Transporters for some of the world’s largest hauliers and has also run its own haulier fleet. With a combined total of 80 years’ experience, it’s safe to say we know the business inside and out. With the knowledge and feedback gained from our own fleet we have perfected the Enclosed Car Transportation build, creating versatile, and cost effective vehicles for any fleet requirement.
Galvanised Decks
Our newest design feature means we galvanise all steel and decks, preventing wear and tear, corrosion and therefore creating a more durable product.
Innovative Design & Testing
We use both 2D and Solid Works 3D design systems, not only to assist in the build to maximum legal requirements, but to enable us to test load a range of vehicles onto your transporter to make sure you can gain that extra load capability.
From single car light weight enclosed vehicles to covered six car artic trailers and our latest 4 car urban trailer, we create anything the automotive industry requires.
Optimal load angle for low clearance cars, drop down deck wells, allowing load space for 4x4s, hydraulic extension decks for LWB vehicles, and hydraulic loading ramps to obtain the perfect loading angle, are but a few of our design solutions.

Innovative Air Bellow Lift System
Our newest chassis installation design incorporates an air bellow lift system, meaning that the more expensive rear air option on the chassis is not required and can result in an overall more cost effective vehicle. This proves we really can add in efficiencies by innovative design.
Your existing systems and services, including straight lift (air or hydraulic) and contact (guide rail), can be extended as we produce all the necessary compatible equipment for your current fleet.
Through a process of careful design and final fitting checks we aim to ensure complete Integration with your existing equipment.
