Built-in Baby Bath Unit

White solid surface top with integral bath designed for the neonatal ward of a hospital or any healthcare clinic requiring the maximum level of hygiene for a new-born baby. This bespoke unit comes complete with a storage cupboard in a variety of finishes and colours from our standard washroom colour range.

Healthcare Compliant Mobile Hand Wash Station

The Emergency COVID-19 Mobile Hand Wash Station is designed as a quick plug and go solution for healthcare settings. This system is mobile with flexible connections to allow some movement. The solid surface top with integral basin is designed to prevent germ build-up since basin and rear coved upstand are seamless.

There is a choice between two basin shapes with a TMV3 thermostatic clinical mixer tap as standard.

The rear service void contains 1 ¼ flexible waste and spigot connection for drainage and flexible tails for hot and cold water.

V-Stone - Vanity with Chinaware Basin

The solid surface tops we fabricate can accommodate any number of basin types including:

V-Stone Plus - Vanity with Solid Surface Basins

We can create a seamless flow from vanity top into the basin by using a single colour such as Alpine White for both top and basin.

There is an option to complete the top with a coved upstand to minimize water traps and enhance appearance.

Basins are available in a variety of shapes sizes.

Superloo Wash Station

Superloo
Superloo is the ideal space saving solution for the washroom industry. These stylish stations are designed to maximise space in self-contained toilet areas, concealing pipework and providing optional built-in wastepaper disposal. They are the ideal solution where gender neutral toilets are required.

Basin and WC on Adjacent Walls (Rooms from 900mm Wide)
The slim, integral solid surface basin is manufactured using the latest thermoforming techniques to create a 300 mm deep unit that fits most layouts and provides enough space for a WC panel system on the adjacent wall ensuring all plumbing works are concealed

Solid Surface Wash Trough

This bespoke slab-type trough features a highly convincing Carrara Marble finish without the limitations and expense of actual stone. Fitting on a cantilever bracket system provides a modern floating effect. These wash troughs are made in the UK with select colours from recycled acrylic material.

Healthcare - Baby Bath Units & Dental Surgery Worktops

Baby Bath Units
Designed for hospital maternity and neonatal wards or healthcare clinics where the max level of hygiene and ergonomics is required when caring for a new-born baby.

Formed tops come standard in Alpine White colour. The integral shaped bath ensures max comfort for the new born baby.
The unit is complete with storage unit in a variety of finishes and colours from our standard washroom colour range.

Dental Surgery Worktops
Designed for the hospital dental department or the dental surgery where the max level of hygiene is required.

These worktops come standard in Alpine White colour with integral sinks, coved upstands and seamless joints. They are complete with storage unit in a variety of finishes and colours from our standard washroom colour range.

Thermoformed - Bespoke Vanity Units

Thermoforming is the process of heating and shaping synthetic materials which allows us to create 3-D curves and rounded shapes in solid surface material. This process is only limited by your imagination in creating solid surface vanity tops including built-in individual washing space in ultra-modern design.

Our thermoforming techniques enable us to offer a three-dimensional design in one continuous, seamless piece of solid surface. Other surfacing materials such as quartz and granite cannot be used in this way.

V-300 - Semi Recessed Vanity Units

Laminated vanity tops to suit semi-recessed washbasins supplied with integral postformed aprons and/or upstands according to choice. Normally supplied with base units to conceal pipework and services.

Most common sanitaryware can be supplied pre-plumbed to units if required. Vanity and access panels are available in a wide choice of laminate colours to either match or provide a contrast to laminate support underframe.

Profiled pelmets, powder shelves and modesty screens can be supplied to fully compliment the unit.

V-600 - Inset Vanity Unit

Laminated vanity tops to suit inset washbasins supplied with integral postformed aprons and/or upstands according to choice.

Normally supplied with base units to conceal pipework and services. Most common sanitaryware can be supplied pre-plumbed to units if required.

Vanity and access panels are available in a wide choice of laminate colours to either match or provide a contrast to laminate support underframe.

V-Solid - Solid Grade Vanity Units

A heavy duty vanity unit suitable for use in wet areas such as swimming pools, saunas etc or areas of high abuse and/or traffic such as Government institutions, schools and service stations.

The vanity top is constructed from 13mm thick solid grade laminate to suit inset washbasins. The leading edge is radiused and polished to give an attractive finish, the black core contrasting with the face finish. A matching “plant-on” upstand is fixed to the rear.

Nominally, supplied with base unit to conceal pipework and services, access panels are manufactured from 13mm thick solid grade laminate to continue the robust finish.

V-Qtee - Childrens Vanity Unit

Laminated vanity tops to suit inset or semi-recessed washbasins supplied with integral postformed aprons and/or upstands according to choice.

Supplied with base units to conceal pipework and services. Most common sanitaryware can be supplied pre-plumbed to units if required.

Vanity and access panels are available in a wide choice of laminate colours to either match or provide a contrast to laminate support underframe.

Combi Units - Bespoke Vanity & WC IPS Units

Willis Systems’ combination units provide simple storage and conceal pipework. They are available in a wide variety of colours and optional solid surface tops allow for complete personalisation.

Our contemporary combi units can be supplied blank, with cut-outs or pre-plumbed with your chosen sanitaryware.

P-13 - Durable Washroom Systems

Willis Systems’ P-13 panel systems are designed for harsh washroom environments where panels need to be waterproof and capable of withstanding daily jet wash cleaning. They are well suited for public buildings and leisure centres with high footfall in areas prone to abuse and vandalism.

These panel systems are manufactured using 13mm Compact Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) panels in sections to suit access requirements, pre-hung at works to 25mm WBP plywood sub frames. They are offered with on-site framework factory made to fit the panel units.

Our washroom panel systems are offered as either supply only or supply and fit. Panel units come either fully pre-plumbed as part of an Integrated Plumbing System (IPS) or as an economical Duct Panel System (DPS), where sanitaryware is provided by others but the panels are fully prepared with fixing holes and apertures at works to enable easy onsite appliance fitting.

P-Max - Premium Washroom Panels

Willis Systems’ P-Max panel system is our premier range panel system designed for dry washroom environments. You can choose from a range of high gloss panels manufactured to suit your requirements. Panels are manufactured from a 18mm ply core or MR MDF core faced with scratch-resistant high gloss laminate and edged using latest PUR technology. Panels can withstand normal wash down cleaning procedures. These panel systems come with HPL faced framework factory made to fit panel units.

Our washroom panel systems are offered as supply only or supply and fit. Panel units are either fully pre-plumbed as part of an Integrated Plumbing System (IPS) or as an economical Duct Panel System (DPS). If you choose a Duct Panel System, sanitaryware is provided by others but panels are fully prepared with fixing holes and apertures at works to enable easy onsite fit of appliances.

Q-40 & Q-40 Tall - Flush Faced Cubicles

Q-40
The ultimate in a modern designed flush fronted washroom cubicle with minimalistic fittings. This contemporary, stylish set-up offers clean lines which maximise privacy while presenting a sleek, unfussy exterior of substance and durability.

Cubicle fronts are 38mm thick with rebated edges and gravity sprung hinges ensure they remain closed while not in use. A wide selection of finishes are available in realistic wood grain effects or plain colours.

The Q40 cubicle comes standard with 25mm high legs and an overall height of 2000mm.

Q-40 Tall
Willis Systems’ Q-40 Tall cubicles incorporate the features of the Q-40 cubicle, but are designed with a 25mm clearance top and bottom. They are the perfect fit for modern office blocks and nightclubs where gender neutral / unisex washrooms optimise space and provide maximum privacy.

Q-Tee - Kids Toilet Cubicles

Willis have developed 2 exciting designs of child friendly cubicles, specifically for schools, play centres and nurseries.

Each design can incorporate an economic panel material such as moisture resistant melamine faced chipboard or a high usage high vandal resistant material such as solid grade laminate.

Specifiers have the option of incorporating screen printed doors and clown face lock faces to allow you to capture the imagination of children of all ages.

Q-Line - Aluminium Framed Cubicles

Q-line is specifically designed for the aggressive leisure market. High volumes of users and constant abuse can shorten the lifespan of the most robust cubicles; however this system is able to withstand even the most demanding situations. Already installed extensively in swimming pools and leisure centres, this system has an enviable track record for durability and performance.

The system comprises a suite of aluminium extrusions which completely encase the compact laminate panels. The 50mm diameter extruded aluminium posts fully encase the 13mm compact panels creating the strongest possible structure. The posts are connected to a heavy duty headrail system which runs along the front and edges of each cubicle run. Fixed to the wall at each end, the headrail adds maximum strength to an already strong system. All components are subject to a four stage coating process which ensures maximum corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. Colours can be matched to your specific requirements.

Bespoke Locker Systems

Made to measure lockers are available in a number of styles. We have supplied and fitted our lockers in leisure facilities, gyms, offices & swimming pools. Colours and locking systems are bespoke to the clients needs. We can provide digi-locks & key options as well as a vast choice of laminates.

Lockers can be manufacture to suit your room layout and are finished with matching end caps and plinth.

Our high quality sports changing rooms have graced the premier league at the Cardiff City stadium & Swansea city’s Fairwood & Llandore training facilities. We have also provided changing rooms for the FAW headquarters at Dragon park. The bespoke benches & overhead lockers provide comfortable seating and convenient storage for footballs best players.
