Extremely happy with the service we received. When we were faced with a ridiculous delaps estimate of over £ 120k from our landlord, we consulted with BM and received great advice on how to proceed. Having a surveyor on your side, has great benefits. Rather than just letting our landlord charge us, we did most of the work with our own contractors and saved in excess of £ 50k.
