Jackleg Cabins
Jackleg Cabins are named for their external steel legs called "Jacklegs" which enable these cabins to be lifted and stacked, the legs are also telescopic and each one can be adjusted for temporary positioning on uneven ground. Jacklegs are optional and can be removed to improve the external appearance if preferred.
Our Jackleg Cabin range comes as standard with a "Plastisol" external finish, Plastisol finish is 9mm Far Eastern Plywood which is laminated with plastic coated steel sheet. This gives our cabins a durable, low maintenance and attractive finish that is suitable for a variety of uses. Doors, fascia, skirting corners and jacklegs can be supplied either in the same colour or an additional colour if preferred. We can also offer a range of alternative external cladding options, including Timber or Brick effect if preferred.
All Jackleg Cabins are manufactured to order in any size, layout or specification required to suit your needs and requirements including: Offices, Canteens, Changing Rooms, Toilets, Showers or even Living Space to full Building Regulations requirements.

Steel Anti-Vandal Cabins are a Secure Steel Cabin, ideal for use where security is important. The Steel external shell is available in 2 different corrugated finishes or a "Flat Sided" external finish for a small additional cost.

Timber Clad Cabins
Timber Clad Cabin Range are an extension of our Jackleg Cabin Range. The Timber Cladding gives the buildings an alternative look which is much more in-keeping with older traditional style properties or locations. Timber Cladding is offered in 2 variations: Hardwood Cedar Cladding or Thermowood Cladding. Both are similar but the Thermowood is cheaper and harder wearing, the Cedar Cladding requires maintenance to avoid bleaching in the sun.
As standard the Facia and Corner Trims are Plastisol, which is available in a range of colours but clients generally chose either Black or Brown as shown in some of the images. Alternatively, if you want a complete look you can chose for cladding to the facia and corner trims as well.

Our Security Huts are a standard range of Huts or Kiosks ideal for use as Security Huts, Guardhouses, Ticket Kiosks and much more.

Flat-Pack Cabins
Flat Pack Offices (Expandakabins) arrive flat packed and are man portable, which are ideal for erecting in previously inaccessible locations. It's simple assembly (with a socket set) takes approximately 45 minutes.
Manufactured from fully galvanised steel (no rusting), Expandakabin has attractive smooth paneling, finished in a powder coated moss green (Ral 6005) on the outside and an off white (Ral 9002) powder coat on the inside. The unit has a guttered roof and features a double glazed u-PVC window fitted as standard.
The interior of the insulated Expandakabin is pleasantly light and airy with a durable and smart wall finish - suitable for surface mounted electrics. Once assembled the unit can be moved by crane / forklift or demounted back into it's neat flat-pack form for storage purposes.
Expandakabins can be linked side to side or end to end to provide additional space at any time after initial assembly.

They are light enough to be man handled and the components are small enough to fit through small passageways. No need for cranes, forklifts or specialist tools. Just a socket set - and you're away! (Up until now, the only alternative product was a tin shed, which offered minimal security, and even less in aesthetic appearance). Expandastores can be linked to form larger open plan areas of storage space as required (side by side or end to end).

Flat Pack Modular Cabins (Expandacom) are prefabricated and are an insulated closed volume demountable accommodation unit, designed for use in very restricted areas above and below ground.
Assembly is simple, and is achieved by mounting the sandwich panels and components into the steel frame and chassis, requiring only manpower. The unit comes with 1 x door panel and 2 x window panels as standard. These panels can be placed anywhere within the frame in order to design different configurations. Additional windows/doors can be supplied if required.

Flat Pack Chemical Storage Containers (Expandachem) are designed specially for the safe storage of hazardous materials, featuring double doors for easy access, a sumped base for contained spillage and a suspended steel grated floor.
Great for siting in locations with limited access, it is light enough to be man handled and the components are small enough to fit through small passageways. No need for cranes, forklifts or specialist tools. Just a socket set - and you're away!

The Bike Store is a secure flat-pack steel unit designed for use in locations where access is restricted and is light enough to be man handled. The components are small enough to fit through narrow passageways; no need for cranes, forklifts or specialist tools.
The demountable nature means that the secure Bike Store can easily be returned to flat-pack form for storage or reuse in a different location. Once assembled, the fully galvanised steel Bike Store is remarkably robust, with a real double locking system with insurance rated locks to BS3621 to deter the most determined thief.

Manufactured in China, these containers have done a single (dry) cargo carrying trip from China to the UK. They are still considered to be new containers but may have the occasional small dents, scuffs and scratches. Generally available in Blue RAL5010 but can sometimes be available in other colours.
USED CONTAINERS
Purchased by the International Shipping lines in batches referred to as "Fleets" and then sold on when no longer required. Used container colours cannot be guaranteed and will be coloured and have signage depending on the shipping line they we owned by. General age would be 18-25 years old and are generally available in 3 grades: Plated for Shipping and Grade A or B site storage. All used containers would be guaranteed wind and water tight unless otherwise specified.

Steel Stores are part of our Range of Secure Steel Anti-Vandal units which are fully finished buildings that are factory built and delivered to site providing a completed building ready for immediate occupation. Each are designed and manufactured to a high standard and can be linked or double stacked to suit individual site or client’s requirements.
Steel Stores are made in the same way as the rest of our Steel Anti-Vandal range to be compatible in situations where stacking or additional storage would be required.

COSHH Stores
COSHH Stores provide safe and secure storage for hazardous or flammable materials which must be stored in compliance with COSHH regulations.
Our COSHH Stores are converted from ISO Shipping Containers similar to our Bunded Chemical Stores but have a sub-floor bund with a mesh floor. This avoids the potential trip hazard of an additional step and allows any hazardous or flammable materials drain into the sump below the pedestrianised area.

Bunded Chemical Stores
Bunded Chemical Stores are converted from Standard ISO Shipping Containers to BASIS Standards, either using New (One Trip) or used containers available in 20ft or 40ft long and 8ft wide. Each store has a catchment area with a 300mm Bund at the entrance complete with a drainage tap, 4no. large louvre vents, a factory fitted lock-box and hazard warning labels.
We supply a high security CISA padlock with each unit and also offer a wide range of optional extras including: steel racking, electrics, personnel doors and many more.

Container Conversion are an ideal solution for requirements such as Plant Housings, Workshops, Fuel/Gas Storage, Generator Housings, Exhibition Stands, Drum/Bottle Stores and many more.
