CAMB Machine Knives was originally Established with the Poultry Processing Industry in mind. We therefore both manufacture and stock a large range of blades for many of the major Poultry Processing machines.
Our range of Poultry Processing blades covers all of the main machines used in the industry, including Stork, Meyn, Systemate, Linco, KFC and Biro.
We stock every type of blade used in the Industry, Razor Blades, Circular Knives, further processing blades and Vent Cutter blades to name but a few.

Straight Knives
Our range of Straight Knives varies from 5mm long packaging knives to 1½ meter long Guillotine Blades. Which vary from Single Bevel, Plain Edge to Zigzag edged packaging knives and anvils.
From a wide variety of materials, from Stainless Steel to advanced powder based ASP steels. Depending on the blades use we will usually quote the material which we fell will best suit the purpose, unless otherwise advised on your enquiry.
We supply a complete range of straight toothed blades for packaging machines, many of which we hold in stock. These include blades for Vegatronic, Sandiacre, many Heat Seal machines, automatic bagging machines and packaging machines used in the meat and Poultry processing / packaging industry.
Toothed Knives
Our toothed knife range includes a vast range of Tray Form blades, for which we are now gaining a reputation for high quality and exceptional value for money.
All of our tray form knives where possible are manufactured from high grade Stainless Steel toothed strip. Compared to the low wear resistance carbon steel used by many of the OEM's and our competitors.

As with many of the other types of blades in our range, we offer a regrind service for Tray Form blades. However due to the nature of Tray Form knives we are only able to resharpen them and not regrind the teeth.
Top / Bottom Knives
We have always supplied Dished Knives as part of our range of blades for Vacuum packaging machines used in the Poultry Industry.
We now however supply this product to many different types of industries. As well as a complete range of knives we can also supply Holders, Rails and all the other parts necessary for a complete cutting assembly, for cutting most types of flexible materials.
We can offer several different types of Dished Top Knives, the drawing (Right) shows our 2 best selling types of blade, a Plain Bore and Bayonet Bore knife.
These can be supplied with either a Single angled cutting Edge (Single Bevel) or a Double Bevel edge. These are available in sizes from 75mm ø up to 180mm ø from stock. Or can be made to order.
We can supply dished knives in either a standard '01' Toolsteel or a harder wearing D2 HC/HC Toolsteel material. We have found that replacing standard blades with harder wearing blades offers less downtime and a significant overall saving.
A new product to our range is Solid Carbide Dished knives and Bottom Knives. Which have been tested to last some 50+ times longer than a standard blade. These offer a massive saving in downtime. Prices however aren't for the faint hearted and are considerably higher than Toolsteel blades.
Tissue Knives
We supply a wide variety of blades to the Tissue industry, including Log Saw Blades, Creaser Blades, Perforation Wheels, and Crush Cutters.
We are able to offer most knives, including Log Saw blades in either standard or Hard wearing D2 Tool Steel, depending on the use, which can often offer a significant improvement in life compared to OEM blades.
We carry stocks of some popular items, please enquire for availability on any blades you may require.
As with many of the other types of blades in our range, we offer a full regrind service for Log Saw Blades, Dished Knives, Slitters, Bottom Knives and Perf wheels, for which we can also offer a Re-cut service to recut slots.

Zig-Zag Knives
We can offer a complete range of ZigZag radiused, straight or Wavy edge type sealer knives, complete with Anvils for all popular fitments, for use in the food / confectionery packaging industry.
We currently supply these blades to many of the UK's leading confectionery manufacturers, who continue to praise us on the high quality and long wear life of these blades.
Manufactured from High Quality Toolsteel or High Speed Steel material, we are able to offer a long wearing alternative to the standard blades supplied by many OEM's.
As with many of the other types of blades in our range, we offer a regrind service for many of the blades and anvils in this range.
