UV Sterilisation Systems

UV Sterilisation Systems are often used on private water supplies to neutralise viruses and organisms that may be present in the water. When it comes to drinking water, it pays to be safe.

UV sterilisation (or Ultraviolet sterilisation to use the full term) works by dissociating the DNA structure of living cells this preventing their multiplication.

Blowers

Regenerative blowers have an impeller blade mounted inside a housing. As air passes the inlet port, the impeller blades draw air in and accelerate the air outward and forward. As each impeller blade strikes it, the air moves faster and faster. At the base of the housing an air stripper diverts the air out of the housing reducing the speed and then increasing the pressure.

Telemetry Systems

Telemetry allows you to remotely monitor your pump system. Furthermore it facilitates immediate notification of alarms via email or text.

Contract Maintenance

Carter Pumps are qualified to carry out contract maintenance on all types of pumping equipment. We can programme your requirements at regular intervals to ensure the optimum reliability of the installation.

Or PPM as it is often called, can significantly reduce the risk of unscheduled down time. A Carter Pumps Planned Maintenance Contract has the added benefit of fixing costs for the contract term.

Pump Energy Audit

If you have large numbers of pumps or have pumps with larger kW motors ask us about our Pump Energy Audit service.
