Bossed Repair Clamp

Cascade Bossed Repair Clamps are ideal for creating connections in a water supply network, made from high quality Stainless Steel and fitted with a full matted waffle gasket available in WRAS approved EPDM or NBR for Gas and oils.

Available in a wide range of sizes and can be made to specifications, with a choice of outlets from 1/2" to 2" male or female threaded BSP.

Universal Bossed Tapping Saddle

Cascade Universal Bossed Tapping Saddles, for creating connections in a water supply network. Available in sizes from 3/4" to 2" female threaded outlets. Constructed of a cast body with EPDM O-ring seal, and coated in a blue epoxy suitable for potable drinking water, the headwork and strap have a permissible working pressure of 16 bar.
The Stainless Steel straps are lined with an EPDM gasket and stainless steel bolts an cast lugs lock the strap into the headwork.
The straps are to cover diameters from 60mm to 571mm inclusive.

Waga End Loading Couplings

WAGA End Loading Couplings ideal where standard Couplings will not hold due to pipe material or pressure as their teeth and multi-segment gasket system ensure a firm grip.

These fittings will work on all common pipe materials and have a working pressure of 16 bar.

Sizes from DN65 to DN400. Now available in sizes from DN450 - DN600

Supatite End Restraint Range

The Cascade SupaTite is a strong and reliable fitting designed for use on high pressured mains. Operating like a traditional Flange Adaptor or Coupling but with the added strength of a row of gripper teeth that can be individually tightened. Which bite down on the pipe to hold the fitting firmly and securely in place, once installed the fitting will be SupaTite.

These fittings are available with EPDM or NBR gaskets and are constructed using WRAS approved materials.

Stainless Steel UPT

Cascade offer a wide selection of high quality Stainless Steel Under Pressure Tees Stainless and are fitted with a full matted waffle gasket in EPDM or NBR as standard or VITON for higher temperatures (230 degrees C.)

Our Standard stock sizes from 3"/80mm to 12"/300mm with up to DN150 PN16 Flanges, other sizes can be manufactured on request.

All our Stainless Steel UPT's meet industry standard and have a permissible working pressure of 16 Bar.

Q-Tee Tapping Saddle Range

The Q-Tee Tapping Saddle is ideal for creating service connections and for hot tapping into the main. Its design makes it simple to install as it sits perfectly on the pipe, two lugs hold one side of the straps firmly in place allowing the user to bend the straps round the pipe into the adjacent lugs.

The Q-Tee also has a flow isolation system already built in allowing a blade to slide in between two seals between the base and the start of the neck, stopping the flow of water. This system means that there is no longer a requirement for tapping through a valve as the Q-Tee is a a Valve and a Under Pressure Tee in one, saving money, installation time and space.

Stainless Steel Repair Clamps

Cascade Stainless Steel Repair clamps manufactured from high quality Stainless Steel and fitted with a full EPDM or NBR Gasket as required. We are also able to supply with VITON for heating lines to 230 degrees C.
Large stock of sizes to 600mm diameter, other or special sizes can be manufactured on request.

Copper & Galv/Steel Repair Clamps

Cascade Copper and Galv/Steel Repair Clamps are simple and easy to use, great for use in commercial properties and hospitals due to there size and easy installation. They can be used indoors, underground and for agricultural purposes. These fittings are also suitable for heating lines as there Gasket can be re-fitted with a VITON gasket to suit temperatures to 230 degrees C.

Cascade Mini Repair Clamps

Cascade mini repair clamps are ideal for those pinhole leaks in pipes from 1/2" to 2". Their simple construction makes them easy to install, also due to their size as they take up little space on a piping system.

Cascade Lead Joint Repair Collar

Cascade Lead joint repair collars, or Socket and Spigot clamps for use on failing/leaking socket joints. Cascade carry large stocks of repair collars for use on Cast Iron and Ductile pipes.

Dismantling Joint

Cascade Dismantling Joints for use in pipeline networks to fill spaces between pipework and fittings, like valves and flange adaptors. These fittings come with a full set of rods for increased stability, and are suitable for working pressures of 16 bar.

Cascade Resilient Seat Gate Valve

Cascade resilient seat gate valves for the control of water flow within a pipe network. We carry stock of sizes from DN40 to DN600 PN10/16 and can be dispatched in 2-3 days, larger sizes available on request.

All with Cap Tops or Hand Wheels dependent on area of application and customer requirements.

Cascade Type 2 Hydrant (White Cap) Loose Stopper

Cascade type 2 hydrant with loose stopper (white cap) often used for testing as water can be allowed back into the network via the lose stopper system. Comes with universal flange for PN16 or BS Table E pattern.
Cascade carry large stocks of hydrants enabling us to shorten lead times.

Ball Valves

Cascade stock a range of Ball Valves for tapping and isolating flow after drilling. Sizes from 1/2" to 2" (others available on request).

We stock standard female/female and our male to female which are designed to be of smaller profile and are full bore for use in drilling as the drill has less travel distance.

Cascade Detour Adaptor

The Cascade Detour Adaptor is designed to bolt on to valves to provide a bypass, this fitting can also be used an improvement process on existing lines by allowing a hydrant or washout point via the flanged outlet.

The adaptors design also allows for the bolts to be reversed meaning that it can be torqued from behind the outer ring, instead of the conventional method. This allows the fitting to be installed in tight working environments or when the connecting pipe goes through a wall.

Profuse Peelable Pe100 Pipe

ProFuse is a technologically advanced PE100 peelable pipe innovation offering a high performance solution with optimum joint integrity, damage protection and reduced installation time and costs savings.

Manufactured from a black PE100 core, ProFuse has been designed with a unique polypropylene peelable skin, which is applied to the core pipe during the manufacturing process using melt on melt technology.
The skin offers excellent abrasion resistance and protects the pipe during handling, transportation, installation, reinstatement and is easily removed using the pipe exposure tool (PET), revealing a pristine pipe surface ready to be joined using electrofusion or butt-fusion welding techniques.

PE80 Potable Water Pipe

Designed for maximum jointing integrity, the PE80 PE pipes for potable water applications are the ideal solution for new installations, pipeline replacement and rehabilitation.

Lightweight and flexible the water service pipes offer installers a fully welded system which is low maintenance and corrosion free, for a longer service life. Quick and easy to install, our polyethylene pipes can be supplied in longer lengths, reducing the number of joints required in the system and are a cost effective alternative to concrete or metallic pipelines.

Ductile Fittings

Cascade can supply a wide range of ductile fittings for potable and waste water applications. Rated to PN16 and manufactured in accordance with current UK and European standards. We can offer the following:

Gunmetal Ferrules & Straps

Cascade stock standard sizes of Self Tapping Ferrule Straps, which can be used to connect PE, copper and threaded pipes to almost any type and size of mains pipe material from 32mm in diameter. Straps are available up to 315mm in diameter as standard with larger sizes available on request. Ferrules can be inserted directly into suitable mains pipe of any size as long as both wall section and wall strength allow.

M210

The M210 Elster water meter is the newest and most advanced of residential water meters, it offers electronic sensing of rotor speed, integrated EMERIS(R) radio technology. An additional option to this meter is integrated air detection which is required in dry regions.

M120

The M120 multi-jet meter is a dry dial register with the option of a pulse type. Available in sizes 15mm to 50mm with nominal flow rates of Qn 1.5m³/h to Qn 15m³/h. The M190 is the warm water version, available is sizes 15mm to 40mm.

ISIFLO Compression Fittings

Isiflo is a range of products for the water, gas and petrochemical industries. The range itself comprises of a large variety of fittings made from Brass, composite and Ductile for use on most common pipe types.

The Brass range is made up of straight Couplings, Equal Elbows, Male and Female Couplings, Tees and reducing Tees, Male and Female threaded Elbows, Reducers and Connectors and much more.

These fittings are ideal for use in contaminated ground and have all the approvals for use in the UK including WRAS certification.

Bolt & Gasket Sets

Cascade stock large quantities of bolt and gasket sets, from DN65 PN16 to DN500 PN16 on the shelf. Larger sizes or non-standard sizes like Table D/E and ANSI available on request.
