Suspended ceiling spray restoration was pioneered in the UK by ProCoat UK Ltd in the 80’s, since then a lot has changed and the industry has grown.
The Ceilcote process is a unique airless spray treatment specificaly developed for the application of ceiling restoration coatings. Suspended Ceiling Restoration coats are inexpensive coatings that can be spray applied to any ceiling surface and associated grids without sticking tiles to grids, 100% acoustics are maintained and subjected to the Class O Fire Rating Part 6&7. All our acoustic ceiling restoration coatings are water-based and environmentally friendly.

The CeilCote process is designed for spraying onto the underside of concrete slabs and ceilings, detailed masking procedures allow for a quality result in a variety of RAL/BS colours.
The Concrete void is painted using long-handled rollers and airless paint spray equipment. Specialists paints are used, which will adhere to the ceiling including any services which require painting, ie, (galvanised ducting, pipes, conduit, etc) which will provide a hard surface that won’t be easily chipped or scratched. If spraying onto a galvanised surface the use of a multi-surface paint is essential or will peel after a couple of months.

Utilising our proprietary cladding coating PVC94, the fabric of the building is returned to its original as new appearance. PVC94 is compatible with Plastisol, PVF2, Silicone Polyester and plasticised finishes on metal and other common cladding types. Spray applied onsite and in-stu. Business premises can continue to trade throughout the works. Ideal for retail stores, offices and warehouse premises. PVC94 is an advanced technical coating and is essentially fire retardant in its dry form and has excellent ultraviolet resistant properties.

The CeilCote process
- We know that our customers want a new looking ceiling without the disruption to business. Ceilcote provides this service by working unsociable hours to restore your ceiling so that your workplace can be used properly and do what you do best!
- When restoring the ceiling, the work area is completely protected with special clear polythene sheeting with all the fittings and fixings masked to prevent over-spray. Sections of the ceiling are curtained off to enable them to be completed during each shift - up to 800 metres of ceiling can be completed overnight!
- The ceiling is then specially treated with formulated cleaning agents to remove nicotine, dirt, grease and carbon deposits. All marks and stains are treated and minor damage to existing ceiling is repaired. The entire ceiling area is now sprayed with the appropriate Ceilcote ceiling coating.
- The work area is then surveyed before we remove all protective sheeting and tape. Any necessary action is taken to ensure the area is left as it was found prior to commencement of the work.
