Roll Lift Trolley
Our Roll Lift Trolley is manufactured with an emphasis on functionality, flexibility and reliability.
They are lightweight, low-maintenance and easy to use and take the strain out of lifting and moving master rolls of stretchfilm or large finished rolls around your production area.

Handy Bundler
Using the Handy-Bundler you can create stable ‘bundles’ of products that will easily stack as a ’brick’ onto a pallet.
Simply place the product onto the wrapper and using inexpensive mini-rolls of stretch film you can create a bundle in seconds!

Roll Stacking
As an alternative to our standard exit table we can fit our roll stacking unit which will keep your machine running for longer periods due to its increased storage capacity.
The stacker automatically fills up each of the shelves, with a capacity of 50 off 150mm diameter rolls. When all of the shelves are full the rewind machine automatically stops and a beacon or siren indicates to the operator that the stacks are full.
The stacker can also be fitted to to the end of a cell of machines which are linked together by a common collection conveyor. In this format the product from each machine is split and kept seperated on specific shelves.

Return to Operator Conveyor
A simple system for bringing the finished rolls back to the front of the machine and back to the operators area for easy packing.
Conveyor Collection System
A common conveyor system for linking automatic machines and collecting and transporting finished rolls to a single packing area.
Flighted Collection Conveyor
The flight conveyor is ideal for collecting finished rolls from a common conveyor running along the rear of a cell of machines. The rolls are delivered to a single packing point where they can either be manually packed or go to an automatic box erection / roll loading station.
Space Saver Core Cutter
A competitively priced compact core cutting unit designed for easy operation and high volume throughput. Suitable for cutting cardboard or plastic cores.
High Accuracy Core Cutter
The core cutter has been designed to automatically feed, process and cut cardboard or plastic cores up to 1000mm in length Capable of processing two different cut core lengths and repeatable accuracy of +/- 0.1mm.
Core Notcher
The Automatic core notching machine has been designed to automatically notch the ends of cores, specifically for the thermal transfer industry but also for many other applications. The unit is capable of creating a single or double notch in one side of the core only or both sides at the same time.
Log Cutter
A competitively priced compact unit designed for easy operation and high volume throughput for a broad range of materials. The machine is available in a standard form or with many optional extras.
Roll Edge Trimmer
A particularly useful machine when working with high cost delicate film, especially when slight variations in web widths or small quantities are required.
Rather than the parent roll being converted this machine trims and removes the outer edge of the master roll so leaving the material on the master roll un touched therefore light micron or difficult to handle films do not run the risk of creasing.

We are particularly proud of our involvement and work on customer specific die cutting and laminating machinery, which not only includes precision engineering in its cutting action but also has to be able to cope with the lamination of multi-sheets of different materials.
